    • This is the Book, you will find reading it that its contents are absolutely void of peeving substance: suspicious, conjectural, whimsical, conflicting, ambiguous, anomalous, irrational, un-certain, illusory, unsubstantiated, incongruous, biased and opinionated matter.

    • The first characteristic features of Mutta'qeena are: they heartily accept and believe in the presence of the Unseen—not in their sight: their Creator: Allah the Exalted.
    • And they steadfastly maintain the Institution of As-sa'laat: Time Bound Protocol of Servitude and allegiance to Allah the Exalted.
    • Further, they heartily spend some of the worldly resources for other's welfare which Our Majesty have given them as sustenance. [only for seeking approval and attention of Allah the Exalted] [2:03]

  • Explanation

    • The aforementioned people are progressing upon the guidance communicated by their Sustainer Lord ["My Aaya'at" in the Qur'aan].
    • And they are the people who are truly the endeavourers for perpetual success - fruitfulness. [2:05] [Its Replica/Mirror 31:05]

  • Explanation

    سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْـهِـمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَـهُـمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنْذِرْهُـمْ

    لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ.2:06٦

    • General information about those who have disavowed the Creator—veiled the Truth is that:
    • Whether you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] have cautioned them of potential consequences or have not cautioned them, the effect upon them would remain alike;
    • They believe not. [for reasons hereinafter given]. [2:06]

  • Explanation

    • Allah the Exalted has put the epilogue-sealed the wraps upon their hearts-intellectual consciousness and upon their faculty of listening - acoustic faculty.

    • Be mindful, a grave torment is in wait—prepared for them [on the Day of Resurrection]. [2:07]

  • Explanation

    ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَبِٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلۡءَاخِـرِ

    وَمَا هُـم بِمُؤْمِنِيـنَ .2:08٨

    • Be aware of such persons affiliated with the set of people (in those days Jews) who proclaim;
    • "We have accepted the belief in Allah the Exalted and the Last Day."
    • But the position is that in truth and entailment they are certainly not the believers. [2:08]

  • Explanation

    وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلَّآ أَنْفُسَهُـمْ

    وَمَا يَشْعُـرُونَ .2:09٩

    • They seek by contrary to fact verbal assertion to beguile Allah the Exalted and to convince those who have accepted consciously and truly [the Messenger and Grand Qur'aan].
    • -- However, in fact they deceive none by false declaration of belief except their own selves;
    • And they analyze not to realize-perceive this fact [since do not see beyond their selfish stakes] --. [2:09]

  • Explanation

    فَزَادَهُـمُ ٱللَّهُ مَـرَضٙاۖ

    وَلَهُـمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيـمُۢ

    بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْذِبُونَ.2:10١٠

    • Irrational beliefs - a disease - psychological disorder - envy, jealousy, and malice, bias, rancour is self implanted- nurtured within their hearts- locus of understanding - consciousness;
    • Thereby, it being their willful act, Allah the Exalted has let them overwhelm, with regard to their respective disease [by leaving them as condemned- discarded].
    • Beware; a severe punishment is in wait- prepared for them;
    • This upshot is because they kept publicly lying by deceptive proclamations of belief. [2:10]

  • Explanation

    • Know further about them, when it was said to them:
    • "You people should not purposely cause disorder - imbalance - distortions - spread wicked and unsound conjectural ideas in the society"—
    • They replied, claiming: "We are only-really the perfectionists". [2:11]
    • Beware; the fact is that they are truly the distorters - creators of disorder - imbalances - spreaders of wicked unsound ideas—
    • While they intend not to recognize it. [2:12]

  • Explanation

    • Moreover, when it was said to them, Muna'fi'qeen: Imposter believers,
    • "You people incline to accept likewise as other people have heartily accepted."—
    • They replied: "Should we accept likewise as the Fools have accepted?"
    • No, the fact is that they themselves are truly the Fools
    • Since they aspire not gaining knowledge [under duality of thought to retain association with Non-believing Jews]. [2:13]

  • Explanation

    • Be informed: when they confronted those who had truly believed [whom they regarded fools on their back]; they said to them: "We have accepted- believed".
    • However, while they went in privacy with their people/bosses of devilish psyche and conduct, they said to them clarifying:
    • "Certainly, We are affiliated with you people. We only contrive jesting with them, the believers." [2:14]‪
    • [These fools do not understand that] Allah the Exalted by will and design keeps ignoring- discarding them.
    • Moreover, He the Exalted lets them prolonging in their defiant brims, leaving them in state of blind distracted wandering (in company of their brothers, evil-doers Refer 7:202) [2:15]‪

  • Explanation

    • The aforementioned are the people who have purposely purchased the vagrancy - straying exchanging with the Guidance - Grand Qur'aan.
    • Thereby, their "Instant Commerce" did not yield benefit.
    • It retained them in a state of those who incline not to become guided aright. [2:16]

  • Explanation

    ذَهَبَ ٱللَّهُ بِنُورِهِـمْ

    وَتَرَكَهُـمْ فِى ظُلُمَٟتٛ لَّا يُبْصِرُونَ.2:17١٧

    صُمُّ.ۢ بُكْـمٌ عُمْىٚ

    فَهُـمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ.2:18١٨

    • The semblance - illustration of them/Muna'fi'qeen is like the illustration of a person who sincerely kindled a fire;
    • Thereat when the purpose was achieved—it the kindled fire had illuminated all that present around him—
    • Allah the Exalted took-faded away their faculty of observing white-light—
    • And He the Exalted discarded them/Muna'fi'qeen as self engulfed in layers of darkness; they are in mindset of observing and perceiving not. [2:17]
    • These Muna'fi'qeen: imposter believers act like a deaf, dumb, blind.
    • Resultantly, they revert not to guidance. [2:18]

  • Explanation

    • Or alternatively, semblance - illustration of them/Muna'fi'qeen is like the illustration of: صَيِّبٍ [Hyperbolic-Intensive participle] Supercell thunderstorm that has suddenly overtaken-descended from the Sky.
    • Layers of darkness and activity of excited movements, and luminosity-lightening keep happening within [him-صَيِّبٍ] Supercell thunderstorm.
    • They insert their fingers in their Ears on hearing stunning thunder-clap wary of the death.
    • Know it; Allah the Exalted is all-encompassing those who are deniers - non-believing. [2:19]

  • Explanation

    • The lightening might soon blur - obscure their vision faculty.
    • Whenever lightening caused illuminating flash for them, they walked therein; and when it caused darkening effect upon them they stopped stand still.
    • However, had Allah the Exalted so decided, He would have taken away their faculty of hearing and visions.
    • It is a fact that Allah the Exalted is eternally the Causality Determiner upon every and all things. [2:20]

  • Explanation

    ٱعْبُدُوا۟ رَبَّكُـمُ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُـمْ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلـِكُـمْ

    لَعَلَّـكُـمْ تَتَّقُونَ.2:21٢١

    • O you the Mankind, listen attentively;
    • You demonstrate subservience and allegiance to your Sustainer Lord. He the Exalted has created you people and those who existed in times before you.
    • This demonstrative allegiance acknowledging your selves as subjects might let you adopt rational conduct avoiding unrestrained moves in reverence and fear of your Creator and Sustainer Lord. [2:21]

  • Explanation

    • Your Sustainer Lord is He Who had rendered the Earth for you people as a floor/flat open space—
    • And the Sky as an overarching canopy.
    • Moreover, He the Exalted dropped water (in measured quantity-23:18) from the Sky.
    • Thereat, with this Water, He the Exalted brought out a variety of fruits-shrubs, as means of subsistence for you people.
    • Thereat having seen the world around you as integrated whole you people should not ascribe participators with reference to Allah the Exalted;
    • While you people have logical understanding of there being none alike [realization of universe as a coherent unit manifesting Sole Creator]. [2:22]

  • Explanation

    فَأْتُوا۟ بِسُورَةٛ مِّن مِّثْلِهِۦ

    وَٱدْعُوا۟ شُهَدَآءَكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ

    إِنْ كُنْتُـمْ صَٟدِقِيـنَ.2:23٢٣

    • And listen: Provided you are perturbed: cast in disconcerting duality of mind regarding authoring- compilation of that which Our Majesty have sent piecemeal upon Our Sincere Allegiant;
    • Thereby, the best course to get out of disconcerting duality of mind on this point is that you bring one Surat: Segment - chapter authored in semblance of it.
    • For the needful, you invite-get help of all your friends-helpers-lawyers available to you other than Allah the Exalted.
    • Try it, if you were truthful in expressing perplexity about source of Qur'aan. [2:23]

  • Explanation

    • Sequel to this effort, if you people have not been able to do it—
    • And let it be mentioned that certainly in future too never ever will you be able to do it -- [since Qur'aan is neither authored-compiled by the Messenger nor can be authored except by Allah the Exalted-10:37]
    • Thereby, you people be consciously cautious of the Heated Hell-Prison—
    • This Heated Hell-Prison is such that "Fuel"- charred- affected by it are the People and the Stones.
    • This Heated Hell-Prison has been prepared for those who are the deniers- non-believers. [2:24]

  • Explanation

    • And you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] give glad tidings- assurance/guarantee to those who have heartily accepted- believed, and performed deeds-acts righteously-moderately: [as directed in the Book]
    • That gardens are in wait- prepared- promised for them where streams flow on lower side by it.
    • -- Every time they were fed variety of fruits there from as sustenance, they said: "This fruit is alike which was given to us aforetimes--
    • And they were given things in resemblance of their perceptions --.
    • And that spouses of purified- clean heart as companions-mates are assured for them therein.
    • And they will abide therein permanently. [2:25]

  • Explanation

    وَمَا يُضِلُّ بِهِۦۤ إِلَّا ٱلْفَٟسِقِيـنَ.2:26٢٦

    • Allah the Exalted certainly considers it not a matter of shyness-reluctance-embarrassment to strike example of a female mosquito; thereby highlighting that which exists besides her—of that which enters a female mosquito where after it reaches to top of her.
    • The response of those who have since heartily accepted-believed is that they understand it as infallible fact disclosed and communicated by their Sustainer Lord.
    • However, as for those are concerned who have rejected-refused to accept, they in response question others, saying; "What is that which Allah has intended by this disclosure-similitude?"
    • He by such revelation exposes—proves/let many remain aberrant;
    • And He the Exalted guides with it many.
    • Realize it that except for those who are: ٱلْفَٰسِقِيـنَ aberrant: averse, dissolutely move out of the bounds and restraints, He the Exalted by it does not let anyone remain unmindful. [2:26]

  • Explanation

    • They [ ] are those who in time and space who break - disavow the Contract of Allah the Exalted, after its having consented as Covenant.
    • Moreover, they cut-distance away from that which Allah the Exalted has commanded that it be adhered to.
    • Furthermore, they keep creating disturbance- disquiet- confusion in the society. [Diametrically opposite ones 13:20]
    • These are truly those who cause- earn loss to their selves in time-line. [2:27]

  • Explanation

    • How can you disavow Allah the Exalted while knowing that you were inanimate objects, then for a purpose He the Exalted vivified you people; (created you from matter 6:02).
    • After lapse of a determined time-span He the Exalted will cause you to die.
    • Afterwards, [lapse of time and second blow in the Trumpet] He the Exalted will revive you all to life.
    • Thereafter, you will be presented before Him the Exalted for accountability (on your turn to tell you what you did in worldly life-5:105). [2:28]

  • Explanation

    • After lapse of determined time-span, He the Exalted intended towards equating the Sky; thereby, applying of stretching proportioned them into seven skies
    • Realize it; He the Exalted is intrinsically and eternally the Knower of all the physical realm. [2:29]

  • Explanation

    • Know the fact: As soon the book came to them characterized by transcription in Arabic: Qur'aan from Allah the Exalted; they: the Posterity of Iesraa'eel [alai'his'slaam] refused to accept it.
    • This Book is the Testifier-Affirmer-Certifier-Sanctifier of that they already had with them.
    • And in earlier time line they were desperately praying-aspiring for comprehensive victory over those who were the Non Believers.
    • Thereby, as soon that came to them they did recognize it. But they refused to accept it.
    • Consequently, the Curse and Condemnation of Allah the Exalted is hovering upon those who have deliberately and persistently refused. [2:89]

  • Explanation

    • Their decision that they may reject that which Allah the Exalted has compositely sent is petty and regrettable for that understanding -reason, for which they have traded their own selves.
    • Their decision is merely for reason of insolent envy-jealousy against that Allah the Exalted sends piecemeal out of His Grace upon the person He the Exalted selects amongst His servants.
    • Thereby, for this reason they have compounded upon themselves the liability to criminal cognizance-arrest by Allah the Exalted.
    • Be aware that a humiliating punishment is in wait-prepared for those who deliberately-persistently refuse to accept. [2:90]

  • Explanation

    وَيَكْفُرونَ بِمَا وَرَآءَهُۥ

    وَهُوَ ٱلْحَقُّ

    مُصَدِّقٙا لِّمَا مَعَهُـمْۗ

    قُلْ فَلِمَ تَقْتُلُونَ أَنۢبِيَآءَ ٱللَّهِ مِن قَبْلُ إِن كُنْتُـمْ مُّؤْمِنِيـنَ.2:91٩١

    • Moreover, when it was said for them, "You people heartily believe in that which Allah the Exalted has since compositely sent";
    • They, the Jew elite replied, "We believe and will keep believing in that which was compositely sent upon us".
    • The fact is that they reject what is besides that, the To'raat, which was subsequently sent [that is Inj'eel and Qur'aan]
    • They refuse despite the fact that it is the Infallible Doctrine-Discourse;
    • It is the Testifier-Affirmer-Certifier-Sanctifier for that which is found written in the Book with them.
    • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] confront them: "then why you kept indulging aforetimes in character assassination of the Chosen and exalted Allegiants of Allah the Exalted by slanderous and libelous statements to distance-ill-repute them from people's reverence?—
    • Answer it if you were truly the believers in that sent to you earlier". [2:91]

  • Explanation

    • Moreover, it is fact of the past that Mūsā [alai'his'slaam] had come to you people with display of unprecedented Exhibitions— [miraculous demonstrations].
    • Yet, after a lapse of time in his absence after he left for forty nights, you people had self adopted the sculpted Calf [as iela'aha-merely because a non-verbal sound emerged out of it].
    • Factually, you people were acting as unjust-wrong-doers-distorters of fact. [2:92]

  • Explanation

    • Recall the day when We obtained the Covenant of you people while We had elevated over you the At-Tur- towering height of Mount Sinai; prescribing:
    • "Adopt-hold firmly-strictly with determination that which We have given to you people, and listen to it carefully".
    • On listening it they had replied; "We have heard it, but we have not accepted it".
    • And their determined refusal to accept was in the circumstances when the sculpted calf found-had got its way liquefied into their thoughts-hearts.
    • You respond to their claim of belief in what was sent to them, "Petty-vile is that which commands-dictates you if you people were truly the believers." [2:93]

  • Explanation

    فَتَمَنَّوُا۟ ٱلْمَوْتَ

    • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] ask them-elite and clergy of Bani Iesra'iel/Jews;
    • "If the Home of Hereafter is reserved by the Grace of Allah the Exalted, exclusively for you people other than all humanity, thereby, you proclaim wish for the death to prove if you were truthful in what you claim before common people." [2:94]

  • Explanation

    • Take note that they will never self desire to proclaim a wish for the Death for reason of being aware of that which their hands have sent forward.
    • Be mindful that Allah the Exalted has always been fully aware of the wrong-doers-distorters. [2:95]

  • Explanation

    • Know it that you will most surely find them-the Jews the most desirous of life amongst people, and more desirous of long life than those who have self adopted idolatry.
    • Each one of them wishes that he might be surviving as long for a thousand year life-age.
    • But hypothetically should he be granted such life span, he will not be the one to escape-move further off from the punishment.
    • And be mindful; Allah the Exalted is the ever Observer of all that which people keep doing. [2:96]

  • Explanation

    • O you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce, he who has been an antagonist for Gib'rei'l—
    • Because he has intermittently brought it down to rest upon your heart by the prior explicit Will of Allah the Exalted.
    • It is the Testifier-Affirmer-Certifier-Sanctifier of that which was sent in times before it.
    • Moreover, it is a Guide in every moment of life and conveyer of glad tidings for those who have heartily accepted-believed in it. [2:97]

  • Explanation

    • Should someone distanced away and is acting antagonistically against Allah the Exalted, and His Angels, and the Messengers of Him, and against Gib'reil and Mie'kaa'la—
    • Thereby he should be mindful that Allah the Exalted is certainly far-off for those who have refused to accept. [2:98]

  • Explanation

    • The fact remains: We have compositely sent to you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] explicit Aa'ya'at: Unitary Verbal Passages mirroring information, facts and knowledge.
    • Know the fact that none refuses accepting them except those who are: "al-fasiqoona": aberrant: dissolutely move out of the bounds and restraints. [2:99]

  • Explanation

    • [reverting back to their historical conduct] Is it not a fact that every time they had bi-laterally consented a contract, a group influential amongst them had discarded it?
    • Nay, the fact is that most of them do not incline towards accepting and believing. [2:100]

  • Explanation

    • Take note: What they did when a Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]; about whose arrival they had the prior information from Allah the Exalted, came to them as Testifier-Affirmer-Certifier-Sanctifier-Authenticator for that which was with them:
    • The influential Elite-religious group amongst the People; whom the Book had earlier been given, placed away the Book of Allah the Exalted behind their backs-deliberately discarded the covenant written therein.
    • They did it posing as if they were not aware of the dictates of the Book of Allah the Exalted. [2:101]

  • Explanation

    • Moreover, know about their past conduct: they willfully inclined towards pursuing that which the Satanic minded used to spread-communicate to people in the kingdom of Sulie'maan [alai'his'slaam]. [Ill doings of evil mongers do not implicate the Ruler therefore]
    • Be aware that Sulie'maan [alai'his'slaam] did not deny to abhor magic tricks in line with teaching of Mūsā [alai'his'slaam] but it were the evil-Satanic minded in his kingdom who denied.
    • These Satanic character evil men taught to people the magical illusory tricks;
    • And in addition to telling illusionary tricks they taught people that [delusion tactics perhaps hypnosis] which had come to two prominent men of leadership within the city Babylon, named Ha'root and Ma'root.
    • And Ha'root and Ma'root both used not to teach to any single person unless both would have respectively made this claim before his client [to psychologically convince him]: "We are but the skilled-specialists; therefore you [client who had come to them] should not refuse to learn it."
    • Thereupon, interested people purposefully agreed to learn from one of them such techniques through which they could cause seclusion between the targeted husband and the wife of him.
    • But merely by attaining this knowledge they could certainly not become injurer for anyone except if Allah's prior consent/permission was also there.
    • And they purposefully made themselves learn that which only caused them loss but not profited them.
    • And indeed they already knew that the one would have no share in the happiness of the Hereafter who consciously and purposely had made such tactics a profession/business activity.
    • And certainly how vile was that/the price-gain with/for which they did sell/bargain their selves;
    • Had they but known-realized that how vile was the gain price. [2:102]
