When the Muna'fi'qoon had come to you, the Messenger Muhammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] they orally said,
"We bear witness that indeed you are certainly the Messenger of Allah"
And Allah knows that indeed you are certainly His Messenger; and Allah bears witness that indeed the Muna'fi'qeen are certainly the liars. [63:01] [This information in these words is also told in
58:16] These Muna'fi'qeen have consciously and purposely adopted their declarations [of believing in Allah and the last Day and saying that Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam is the Messenger of Allah, in believer's society] as protective shield/deception;

58:16] for reason/with this deceptive umbrella they obstructed/hindered people from the path of Allah. [Same verdict in same words in

5:66] Indeed evil/extremely harmful is for them what they have been doing [because earned disgraceful torment-58:16]. [63:02]
This [extremely harmful eventuality for them] is because of reason that they accepted and thereafter persistently refused,
resultantly their hearts got covered/veiled/coated/rusted [that truth now cannot enter therein],
consequently that do not understand/perceive [the reality/fact]. [63:03] And when, on their visiting you saw them, their apparent worldly physical position/wealth-movable and immovable assets and status seemed to you exotic/astounding,
and if they speak you should carefully listen for their speech
to find that it is loose and week/they are like cankered, empty from within wood pieces made to stand with support of some structure.
They apprehend/think that each and every sound blast will effect them.
They are the enemy, therefore, you remain cautious of them. [Same pronouncement in same words in
9:30] Allah may expose them to cursing humiliation, how are they deluded by conjectural falsification. [63:04] [Same information in same words
4:61;5:104] And when it is said [for] to them, "You people come for self-elevation [Read in conjunction 4:106] towards the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] of Allah so that he seeks forgiveness for you people"; they twist their heads [such response also told in
4:61] and you see/note the response that they Muna'fi'qeen turn/avoid/divert from you [your mention], the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]
and they demonstrate self-pride having made themselves obsessed with pride of superiority and grandeur. [63:05]
[Read with
9:80] It is one and the same thing result wise upon them, whether you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] had inclined yourself to seek forgiveness for them or have not yet inclined yourself that you should seek forgiveness for them,
[Read reason in
9:80] since Allah will not never grant forgiveness for them. [Similar pronouncement in
5:108;
9:24,80] Indeed Allah does not guide those people who are aberrant/the promise breakers and transgressors who go out of the prescribed bounds. [63:06]
They are the people who say to others, "You people should not spend/invest with/upon those who are with the Messenger of Allah unless they make themselves disbanded from him".
And [they conveniently forget that] for Allah are the treasures of the Skies and the Earth,
but the Muna'fi'qeen do not comprehend [the apparent realities]. [63:07]
They further say, "Certainly if we return towards the City/its people indeed the dominant one in it will definitely expel the weak one/financially and in position".
And for Allah is the Dominance and Grandeur, and is for His Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]
but the Muna'fi'qeen do not know/intend to accept this. [63:08]
O you who declare to have accepted! [Read with
102:01] You should not let the considerations of your wealth nor your progeny divert you from the Remembrance/Ass-sa'laat/Grand Qur'aan,
and whoever did this act [Exactly same eventuality in same words at end
2:121;7:178] for this reason/refusal, such are the people who cause their own loss. [63:09] [Similar advice in 2:254] And you people consciously incline yourselves to spend out of the sustenance We have bestowed upon you before the time the death may reach to one of you,
whereupon he may say, "My Sustainer Lord! why You not delayed for me towards a nearby term of duration whereat I could make myself to spend in donations and should have made myself amongst the Righteous" [63:10]
[It should be noted] And Allah will never delay any person when his appointed moment has reached. [Exact same information in same words in
3:153;9:16;58:13] And Allah is always aware of what you people do/are doing. [63:11]
