004-سُوۡرَةُ النساء

                Introduction

           (Explanation Urdu / English)

يَـٰٓأَيُّـهَا ٱلنَّاسُ

ٱتَّقُوا۟ رَبَّكُـمُ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُـم مِّن نَّفْسٛ وَٟحِدَةٛ

وَخَلَقَ مِنْـهَا زَوْجَهَا

وَبَثَّ مِنْـهُـمَا رِجَالٙا كَثِيـرٙا وَنِسَآءٙۚ

وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِى تَسَآءَلُونَ بِهِۦ وَٱلۡأَرْحَامَۚ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُـمْ رَقِيبٙا .4:01١

• O you the mankind! Listen carefully:
• You people sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from your Sustainer Lord. Your Sustainer Lord is He the Exalted Who created you people from an entity-person that acts as individual; retains individuality.
•And He created his spouse-wife from a part of that person.
•And He the Exalted spread apart majority of men and all women from that couple.
•And sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted, in Whose Name you ask-claim from one another; and be reverently mindful for relationship of the Wombs by which you implore.
•Take heed: Allah the Exalted is certainly ever eternally watchful over you people. [4:01]

وَ ءَاتُوا۟ ٱلْيَتَٟمَىٰٓ أَمْوَٟلَـهُـمْۖ

وَلَا تَتَبَدَّلُوا۟ ٱلْخَبِيثَ بِٱلطَّيِّبِۖ

وَلَا تَأْكُلُوٓا۟ أَمْوَٟلَـهُـمْ إِلَـىٰٓ أَمْوَٟلِـكُـمْۚ

إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ حُوبٙا كَبِيـرٙا .4:02٢

•And you are directed to give the bereaved children of fathers—father-orphans their inherited property and wealth [on reaching age of marriage-4:06 which is full maturity-6:152;17:34 and in presence of witnesses-4:06]
•Be mindful; you should not replace their valuable property-wealth with invaluable-junks.
•Moreover, you should not devour-consume-absorb their wealth in your personal belongings.
•Indeed this is a great crime-major sin; self destruction [since it is like eating hell fire 4:10]. [4:02]

وَإِنْ خِفْتُـمْ أَ لَّا تُقْسِطُوا۟ فِـى ٱلْيَتَـٟمَىٰ

فَٱنكِحُوا۟

مَا طَابَ لَـكُـم

مِّنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ مَثْنَىٰ وَثُلَٟثَ وَرُبَٟعَۖ

فَإِنْ خِفْتُـمْ أَ لَّا تَعْدِلُوا۟

فَوَٟحِدَةٙ

أَوْ مَا مَلَـكَـتْ أَيْمَٟنُكُـمْۚ

ذَٟلِكَ أَدْنَـىٰٓ أَ لَّا تَعُولُوا۟ .4:03٣

•Know it: Subject to the condition; should you people [clan-tribe-society] apprehend that you might not equitably treat and look after the bereaved children of fathers—father-orphans, adopt this course:
•Thereat, it is imperative upon you the men to enter in matrimonial bondage; that which seemed pleasing, delightful and fairly good for you [2:235], with such women who have since expired the Prescribed Obligatory Period, circumstantially two two, and three three, and four four.
•Sequel to this injunction: in case you-the Men apprehended in complying this order that you might not be able to do financial and physical justice in all fairness:
•Thereby, in partial modification of aforesaid injunction you are directed to enter in matrimonial bondage with one widow who is lonely;
•Alternatively to meet financial constraints: Marry with that woman upon whom the right hand of you people have the authority and responsibility for ordering and managing her affairs.
•This course of action will diminish the chance regards that you might not sustain the household [widow mother and her children]. [4:03]

وَءَاتُوا۟ ٱلنِّسَآءَ صَدُقَٟتِـهِنَّ نِحْلَةٙۚ

فَإِن طِبْـنَ لَـكُـمْ عَن شَـىْءٛ مِّنْهُ نَفْسٙا فَكُلُوهُ هَنِيٓــٔٙا مَّرِيٓٓــٔٙا .4:04٤

•And you the husbands give to the wives the committed bridal financial right: agreed financial obligation of them. The consideration and manner of discharging your liability be an act and state of a pleasant gift given with love-affection-respect.
•However, for reason of it being a promised obligation, if they offer-remit any part of it for you of their own pleasure; you should enjoy consuming it without any perception-fear of harm-negative implication. [4:04]

وَلَا تُؤْتُوا۟ ٱلسُّفَهَآءَ أَمْوَٟلَـكُـمُ ٱلَّتِـى جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لَـكُـمْ قِيَٟمٙا

وَٱرْزُقُوهُـمْ فِيـهَا وَٱكْسُوهُـمْ

وَقُولُوا۟ لَـهُـمْ قَوْلٙا مَّعْـرُوفٙا .4:05٥

•Be cautioned; you people should not give to the mentally retarded - unwise people your wealth which Allah the Exalted has declared that as means of stable maintaining for you.
•Mind it; you are hereby directed to feed and afford them therewith; and you clothe them.
•And speak for them with kind and polite words of known import-true significance. [4:05]

وَٱبْتَلُوا۟ ٱلْيَتَـٟمَىٰ حَتَّـىٰٓ إِذَا بَلَغُوا۟ النِّكَاحَ

فَإِنْ ءَانَسْتُـم مِّنْـهُـمْ رُشْدٙا فَٱدْفَعُوٓا۟ إِلَيْـهِـمْ أَمْوَٟلَـهُـمْۖ

وَلَا تَأْكُلُوهَآ إِسْرَافٙا وَبِدَارٙا أَن يَكْـبَـرُوا۟ۚ

وَمَن كَانَ غَنِيّٙا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْۖ

وَمَن كَانَ فَقِيـرٙا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِٱلْمَعْـرُوفِۚ

فَإِذَا دَفَعْتُـمْ إِلَيْـهِـمْ أَمْوَٟلَـهُـمْ فَأَشْهِدُوا۟ عَلَيْـهِـمْۚ

وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ حَسِيبٙا .4:06٦

•And you the guardians keep testing-educating-evaluating the father-Orphans until the point in time they have crossed over to the Age of Nikah: Marriage-Matrimonial Bond;
•Thereat, subject to having observed intellect, sound judgment, rectitude of action and good management of affairs in them, you thereby release their inherited property-wealth to them.
•And during this period you should not consume it wastefully and hastily fearing that they might grow mature.
•And should he among guardians be affluently self sufficient, he should remain abstinent from orphan's wealth.
•But if he who is a poor guardian, he should consume for himself what is just and reasonable in accordance with known norms of society.
•And when you release their property to them, make it a witnessed occasion in their presence.
•Be mindful; Allah the Exalted is All-Sufficient for reckoning. [4:06]

لِّلـرِّجَالِ نَصيِبٚ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلْوَٟلِدَانِ وَٱلۡأَقْرَبُونَ

وَلِلنِّسَآءِ نَصِيبٚ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلْوَٟلِدَانِ وَٱلۡأَقْرَبُونَ

مِمَّا قَلَّ مِنْهُ أَوْ كَثُرَۚ نَصِيبٙا مَّفْرُوضٙا .4:07٧

•Share is apportioned for the Men partially from the inheritance left by the Mother and Father and the relatively Nearer Relatives.
•And share is apportioned for the Women partially from the inheritance left by the Mother and Father and the relatively Nearer Relatives.
•This share is out of that which has either become diminutive from that-inheritance or has become greater fortune apportioned. [4:07]

وَإِذَا حَضَرَ ٱلْقِسْمَةَ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْقُـرْبَـىٰ وَٱلْيَتَـٟمَىٰ وَٱلْمَسَٟكِيـنُ فَٱرْزُقُوهُـم مِّنْهُ

وَقُولُوا۟ لَـهُـمْ قَوْلٙا مَّعْـرُوفٙا .4:08٨

•Take note: in case the near relatives-non stakeholders; and the father-orphans; and the destitute have also come at the time of the division of inheritance; thereat you feed them-give something out of divisible wealth to them.
•Moreover, speak to them a statement with kind and polite words of known import-true significance. [4:08]

وَلْيَخْشَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَوْ تَرَكُوا۟ مِنْ خَلْفِهِـمْ ذُرِّيَّةٙ ضِعَٟفٙا خَافُوا۟ عَلَيْـهِـمْ

فَلْيَتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ

وَلْيَقُولُوا۟ قَوْلٙا سَدِيدٙا .4:09٩

•And the guardians-people should squeeze humbly that had it were they leaving behind the assets with weak children, how fearful for them they would have been!
•Therefore, they should sincerely endeavour for the protection of Allah the Exalted;
•And they should speak in a straight forward manner with words of unambiguous import stating distinctly—like a wall which segregates and makes distinct two areas. [4:09]

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَٟلَ ٱلْيَتَٟمَىٰ ظُلْمٙا إِنَّمَا يَأْكُلُونَ فِـى بُطُونِـهِـمْ نَارٙاۖ

وَسَيَصْلَوْنَ سَعِيـرٙا .4:10١٠

•Know the certain fact;  those who consume the property of father-orphans unjustly they only intake scalds in their bellies.
•And soon will they warm in scorching temperature of Hell-Prison. [4:10]

يُوصِيكُـمُ ٱللَّهُ فِـىٓ أَوْلَٟدِكُمْۖ

لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ ٱلۡأُنْثَيَيْـنِۚ

فَإِن كُنَّ نِسَآءٙ فَوْقَ ٱثْنَتَيْـنِ فَلَـهُنَّ ثُلُثَا مَا تَرَكَۖ

وَإِن كَانَتْ وَٟحِدَةٙ فَلَـهَا ٱلنِّصْفُۚ

وَلِأَبَوَيْهِ لِـكُلِّ وَٟحِدٛ مِّنْـهُـمَا ٱلسُّدُسُ مِمَّا تَرَكَ إِن كَانَ لَهُۥ وَلَـدٚۚ

فَإِن لَّمْ يَكُنْ لَّهُۥ وَلَـدٚ وَوَرِثَهُۥٓ أَبَوَاهُ فَلِأُمِّهِ ٱلثُّلُثُۚ

فَإِن كَانَ لَهُۥٓ إِخْوَةٚ فَلِأُمِّهِ ٱلسُّدُسُۚ

مِنۢ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٛ يُوصِى بِـهَآ أَوْ دَيْنٛۗ

ءَابَآؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَآؤُكُمْ لَا تَدْرُونَ أَيُّـهُـمْ أَقْرَبُ لَـكُـمْ نَفْعٙاۚ

فَرِيضَةٙ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِۗ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيـمٙا حَكِيـمٙا .4:11١١

•Allah the Exalted is enjoining-binding you the parents concerning distribution of inheritance-moveable and immovable assets amongst the Progenies of you people.
•The like of the fortune accrued to the two females, which is twice the amount accrued to one female, shall be allocated for the male in the progenies.
•Thereby; instead of a male co-sharer, if other progenies were three or more women as partners/ co-sharers over/in addition to two females referred to above, two-thirds of the wealth which the deceased parent has left shall remain the apportionment for them all, irrespective of presence of two female sharers or additional female sharers.
•And if the progeny were a solitary female: thereby, one-half of wealth which the deceased parent has left is apportioned for her.
•Take note; One-sixth of the wealth which he the deceased has left behind is apportioned separately for each of his Father and Mother. This direction is to take effect in the situation if solitary son is surviving for him the deceased.
•Take note: if there were not a son surviving for him and his Father and Mother have survived him, thereby, the One-Third is apportioned for his Mother.
•However, if brothers and sisters of the deceased also existed, thereby, the One-Sixth shall be the share apportioned for his Mother.
•This mandatory apportionment must be executed in times after bequest with which the person expecting death is presently bequeathing [for Mother and Father, Nearer Relatives-all who are ] OR after meeting the debt-obligation of promissory transaction, outstanding liability.
•-- The Fathers and the Sons of you people; you know not with certainty who of them are more nearer for you, nearer in context of beneficent [on Day of Judgment] --.
•This Ordinance regards permanently determined apportionment of inheritance is a time bound obligation imposed by Allah the Exalted.
•The fact remains that Allah the Exalted is absolutely Knowledgeable, the knower of invisible-hidden realities-considerations and the Infinitely Just Supreme Administrator of the created realms. [4:11]

وَلَـكُـمْ نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ أَزْوَٟجُكُـمْ إِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّـهُنَّ وَلَـدٚۚ

فَإِن كَانَ لَـهُنَّ وَلَـدٚ فَلَـكُـمُ ٱلرُّبُعُ مِمَّا تَرَكْنَۚ

مِنۢ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٛ يُوصِيـنَ بِـهَآ أَوْ دَيْنٛۚ

وَلَـهُنَّ ٱلرُّبُعُ مِمَّا تَرَكْتُـمْ إِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّـكُـمْ وَلَـدٚۚ

فَإِن كَانَ لَـكُـمْ وَلَـدٚ فَلَـهُنَّ ٱلثُّمُنُ مِمَّا تَرَكْتُـمۚ

مِّنۢ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٛ تُوصُونَ بِـهَآ أَوْ دَيْنٛۗ

وَإِن كَانَ رَجُلٚ يُورَثُ كَلَٟلَةٙ أَوِ ٱمْرَأَ ةٚ وَلَهُۥٓ أَخٌ أَوْ أُخْتٚ فَلِـكُلِّ وَٟحِدٛ مِّنْـهُـمَا ٱلسُّدُسُۚ

فَإِن كَانُوٓا۟ أَكْثَرَ مِن ذَٟلِكَ فَهُـمْ شُرَكَآءُ فِـى ٱلثُّلُثِۚ

مِنۢ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٛ يُوصَىٰ بِـهَآ أَوْ دَيْنٛ غَيْـرَ مُضَآرّٛۚ

وَصِيَّةٙ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِۗ

وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيـمٌ حَلِيـمٚ .4:12١٢

•And half of the wealth which your Wives have left is apportioned for you: the husbands if solitary son is not surviving for them: deceased wives ["for them" was no son includes previous husband's, if any].
•In case there were solitary son for the deceased wives, thereby, the one fourth is apportioned as your share out of that which they have left.
•This mandatory apportionment must be executed in times after the bequest that wives expecting death are presently bequeathing [for Mother and Father, Nearer Relatives like orphaned grand-progeny-all who are ] OR after meeting the debt-obligation of promissory business transaction, outstanding liability,
•And one fourth is apportioned for them: wives out of wealth which you have left in the situation when a solitary son is not surviving for you.
•However, in case there were solitary son for you, thereby, the one eighth is apportioned for them: bereaved wives out of that which you have left.
•This mandatory apportionment must be executed in times after bequest with which you-husbands expecting death are presently bequeathing [for Mother and Father, Near Relatives like orphaned grand-progeny-all who are ] OR after meeting the debt-obligation of promissory business transaction, outstanding liability.
•However, if the deceased was a man or a woman, who was single - spouseless, survived by a single parent and a son; while a brother or a sister is also alive to bereave him/her, thereby, one sixth out of that which such man or woman has left is apportioned for either, be a brother or sister.
•However, in case they are more than one sibling, thereby, they all are the sharer in one third.
•This mandatory apportionment must be executed in times after bequest which is being bequeathed expecting death [for Mother or Father, Son, Near Relatives-all who are ] when it is void of inclination-evident injustice by the testator [if so this can be modified as permitted in 2:182] OR meeting the debt-obligation of promissory business transaction, outstanding liability.
•This Binding Ordinance of Apportionment of Inheritance is promulgated by Allah the Exalted for adhering it-ever sticking to it.
•Be mindful that Allah the Exalted is Eternally All-Knowing, eternally imperturbably Forbearing. [4:12]

تِلْكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِۚ

وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ

يُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّٟتٛ تَجْـرِى مِن تَحْتِـهَا ٱلۡأََنْـهَٟرُ خَٟلِدِينَ فِيـهَاۚ

وَذَٟلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيـمُ .4:13١٣

•The aforementioned are the limits-restraints-demarcations prescribed by Allah the Exalted.
•Take note; whoever willingly and affectionately accepts the words of Allah the Exalted and His Messenger  recited by him from Grand Qur'aan:
•Allah the Exalted will enter him into gardens where streams flow on lower side by it. Such people will reside therein perpetually.
•Know it; this is the greatest-grand achievement-success. [4:13]

وَمَن يَعْصِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ

وَيَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَهُۥ

يُدْخِلْهُ نَارٙا خَالِدٙا فِيـهَا

وَلَهُۥ عَذَابٚ مُّهِيـنٚ .4:14١٤

•Be cognizant; If someone defies the Word of Allah the Exalted and the Messenger of Him;
•And if he transgressed the limits-restraints-demarcations prescribed by Him the Exalted:
•He the Exalted will cause him enter the heated Hell-prison, to stay therein indefinitely.
•A disgraceful torment is in wait for him. [4:14]

وَٱلَّـٟتِى يَأْتِيـنَ ٱلْفَٟحِشَةَ مِن نِّسَآئِكُـمْ

فَٱسْتَشْهِدُوا۟ عَلَيْـهِنَّ أَرْبَعةٙ مِّنكُـمْۖ

فَإِن شَهِدُوا۟ فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ فِـى ٱلْبُيُوتِ

حَـتَّىٰ يَتَوَفَّىٰـهُنَّ ٱلْمَوْتُ

أَوْ يَجْعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لَـهُنَّ سَبِيلٙا .4:15١٥

•Take note about those women of your society: if it is alleged they show up immoderate public behaviour;  
•Thereat, you are directed to seek and produce four men of good-repute amongst you as witnesses to testify the allegation against them;
•Thereby, if those witnesses testified establishing their guilt: thereby you people restrict - restrain them in their respective houses.
•This restriction be kept till the natural death might render them segregated - alienated;
•Or Allah the Exalted might render an excuse - way-out for their resolve. [restraining their public appearance help them get rid of this abnormal behaviour]. [4:15]

وَٱلَّذَانِ يَأْتِيَـٰنِـهَا مِنكُـمْ فَـٔ​َاذُوهُـمَاۖ

فَإِن تَابَا وَأَصْلَحَا فَأَعْـرِضُوا۟ عَنْـهُـمَآۗ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ تَوَّابٙا رَّحِـيـمٙا .4:16١٦

•And such two males of your society who show up indulging in it: immoderate sexuality: homosexuality, sodomy, thereat having been noticed indulging in sex relationship, you are directed to slightly punish both.
•Sequel to punishment if they both have averted illicit habit and have adopted righteous course; thereat you are directed to divert attention away from both.
•Fact remains; Allah the Exalted is repeatedly forgiving, the fountain of mercy. [4:16]

إِنَّمَا ٱلتَّوْبَةُ عَلَـى ٱللَّهِ لِلَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ ٱلسُّوٓءَ بِجَهَٟلَةٛ

ثُـمَّ يَتُوبُونَ مِن قَرِيبٛ فَأُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ يَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْـهِـمْۗ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلِيـمٙا حَكِيـمٙا .4:17١٧

•The approval of repentance and reversion is an acceptable right upon Allah the Exalted in respect of only those who commit evil—illicit sex instinctively: under the spur - sudden surge of incontrollable emotion and passion;
•Thereafter, they quickly repent their guilt mending their ways. Thereby, Allah the Exalted pays attention with forgiveness to such people.
•Know it: Allah the Exalted is the Fountain and Setter of knowledge-science of visible and invisible domains; and the Infinitely Just Supreme Administrator of the created realm. [4:17]

وَلَيْسَتِ ٱلتَّوْبَةُ لِلَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ ٱلسَّيِّئَاتِ

حَتَّـىٰٓ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَهُـمُ ٱلْمَوْتُ قَالَ إِ نِّـى تُبْتُ ٱلْـٔ​َـٟنَ

وَلَا ٱلَّذِينَ يَـمُوتُونَ وَهُـمْ كُفَّارٌۚ

أُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ أَعْتَدْنَا لَـهُـمْ عَذَابٙا أَلِيـمٙا .4:18١٨

•And the repentance is of no effect and yield for those who willfully keep doing evil deeds;
•Until when death faces one of them he says: "Certainly I have repented now.''
•Nor the right of reversion and pardon is for those who die in the state of staunch deniers-disbelievers.
•They are the people for whom We have prepared a painful torment. [4:18]

يَـٰٓأَيُّـهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟

لَا يَحِلُّ لَـكُـمْ أَن تَرِثُوا۟ ٱلنِّسَآءَ كَرْهٙاۖ

وَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ لِتَذْهَبُوا۟ بِبَعْضِ مَآ ءَاتَيْتُـمُوهُنَّ إِلَّآ أَن يَأْتِيـنَ بِفَٟحِشَةٛ مُّبَيِّنَةٛۚ

وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِٱلْمَعْـرُوفِۚ

فَإِن كَرِهْتُـمُوهُنَّ فَعَسَىٰٓ أَن تَكْرَهُوا۟ شَيْئٙا وَيَجْعَلَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهِ خَيْـرٙا كَثِيـرٙا .4:19١٩

•O those people/you, who proclaim to have accepted-become believers;
•Listen the prohibition; that you might treat women like property as of inheritance is not permissible in timeline for you people; if done it will result in an abhorrent state.
•Take notice: you the husbands should not restrain-deprive them of liberty with motive that you might secure some of the wealth you had earlier given them.
•The exception whereat women should be restrained in homes is when they might indulge explicitly in lewdness [refer instruction in 4:15].
•And you people are hereby directed to socialize with them-wives in accordance with the accepted norms of society.
•For some reason [marriage is on apparent considerations, many thing emerge only after intimacy] should you husbands develop disliking for them, thereat just think that it is possible that something you might disdainfully dislike while Allah the Exalted might have kept abundant good therein. [4:19]

وَإِنْ أَرَدتُّـمُ ٱسْتِبْدَالَ زَوْجٛ مَّكَانَ زَوْجٛ

وَءَاتَيْتُـمْ إِحْدَىٰـهُنَّ قِنطَارٙا فَلَا تَأْخُذُوا۟ مِنْهُ شَيْئٙاۚ

أَتَأْخُذُونَهُۥ بُـهْتَـٟنٙا وَإِثْـمٙا مُّبِيـنٙا .4:20٢٠

•And if you have firmed up your decision seeking replacement of a wife to give status of a wife to another women;
•While you had given an excessively large wealth to one intended to be left of them-  wives: thereat implementing the decision you husband should not take back a single penny of that paid wealth.
•[in desire of having a new wife] Would you acquire that wealth by alleging false accusation-calumny against her and manifest/exposing dilapidating-sin? [4:20]

وَكَيْفَ تَأْخُذُونَهُۥ

وَقَدْ أَفْضَىٰ بَعْضُكُـمْ إِلَـىٰ بَعْضٛ

وَأَخَذْنَ مِنكُـم مِّيثَٟقٙا غَلِيظٙا .4:21٢١

•By the way how can you take that money and assets back?
•Circumstantially when some of you have maintained "deep association" with some;
•And they had obtained from you a solemn covenant, a binding pledge. [4:21]

وَلَا تَنكِحُوا۟ مَا نَكَحَ ءَابَآؤُكُم مِّنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَۚ

إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ فَٟحِشَةٙ وَمَقْتٙا وَسَآءَ سَبِيلٙا .4:22٢٢

•Take note: You people should not henceforth-prospectively marry certain women whom your fathers had earlier taken into the fold of Nikah/Matrimonial-Bond. retrospectively, this prohibition excludes that which has already happened in the past before this injunction.
•Surely that act was obscene, vile; and abominable; and an evil way of conduct. [4:22]

حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُـمْ أُمَّهَٟتُكُـمْ وَبَنَاتُكُـمْ وَأَخَوَٟتُكُـمْ وَعَمَّٟتُكُـمْ وَخَٟلَٟتُكُـمْ

وَبَنَاتُ ٱلۡأَخِ وَبَنَاتُ ٱلۡأُخْتِ وَأُمَّهَٟتُكُـمُ الَّٟتِىٓ أَرْضَعْنَكُـمْ وَأَخَوَٟتُكُـم مِّنَ ٱلرَّضَٟعَةِ

وَأُمَّهَٟتُ نِسَآئِكُـمْ

وَرَبَٟٓئِبُكُـمُ ٱلَّٟتِـى فِـى حُجُورِكُم مِّن نِّسَآئِكُـمُ ٱلَّٟتِـى دَخَلْتُـم بِـهِنَّ

فَإِن لَّمْ تَكُونُوا۟ دَخَلْتُـم بِـهِنَّ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُـمْ

وَحَلَٟٓئِلُ أَبْنَآئِكُـمُ ٱلَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلَٟبِكُـمْ

وَأَن تَجْـمَعُوا۟ بَيْـنَ ٱلۡأُخْتَيْـنِ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَۗ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورٙا رَّحِـيـمٙا .4:23٢٣

•These women have been forbidden-declared sanctified for you people: your mothers; and your daughters; and your sisters; and your parental aunts-sisters of your fathers; and sisters of your mothers;
•And daughters of your brothers; and daughters of your sisters; and your foster mothers from whom you sucked milk in childhood; and your foster sisters;
•And mothers of your wives;
•And those under your guardianship living within your protection, the daughters of previous husband of your such wives with whom you have performed matrimonial relationship-sexual intercourse are also forbidden.
•However, for some reason if you had not yet done matrimonial act of entry-intercourse with them [divorced before sexual intercourse, as is permissible] thereby there is nothing objectionable-blemish-worthy liable upon you people in marrying their daughters born from previous husbands.
•Moreover, the spouses of your sons who were born of your loins are sanctified.
•In addition, it is also prohibited that you might join-simultaneously collect two sisters in your Nikah/Matrimonial bond. However, that which has happened in the past that is a past-retrospective matter.
•It is a fact that Allah the Exalted is repeatedly Overlooking/Forgiving, the Merciful. [4:23]

وَٱلْمُحْصَنَٟتُ مِنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ إِلَّا مَا مَلَـكَـتْ أَيْمَٟنُكُـمْۖ

كِتَٟبَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْكُـمْۚ

وَأُحِلَّ لَـكُـم مَّا وَرَاءَ ذَٟلـِكُـمْ

أَن تَبْتَغُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٟلِـكُـم مُّحْصِنِيـنَ غَيْـرَ مُسَٟفِحِيـنَۚ

فَمَا ٱسْتَمْتَعْتُـم بِـهِۦ مِنْـهُنَّ فَـٔ​َاتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةٙۚ

وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُـمْ فِيـمَا تَرَٟضَيْتُـم بِـهِۦ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ٱلْفَرِيضَةِۚ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيـمٙا حَكِيـمٙا .4:24٢٤

•Further, all the Protected-Wedded: those already in married state amongst the Womenfolk are forbidden upon you people, the believers. Only those Married believer Women in the wedlock of non-believer are excepted from this prohibition who have become under the authority/governance and responsibility of you people for handling and managing their affairs.
•This is the Promulgation by Allah the Exalted; mandatory for you people to follow in letter and spirit.
•Take note: Women other than the sanctified - prohibited are declared lawfully permissible—knot liquefied for you;
•They are made permissible solely and exclusively for the purpose that you might sincerely seek them with your wealth in the manner of those who seek women for taking them in protective fold of Matrimonial Bond: Nikah rendering them a pearl of household. Their seeking is not allowed with wealth in the manner of debauch men for sexual lust - merely for flowing out the "water: momentary intercourse".
•Thereat, subject to your having self availed the right of establishing Matrimonial Intimate Relation - association peculiar to matrimonial bond with wed-wives, [unlike wives with whom you cut the Bond without having intercourse] you people discharge the respective obligation - commitment in full in their favour.
•However, there is nothing objectionable - embarrassing for you if after having struck the obligation you amend it with mutual consent—understanding.
•Remain mindful; Allah the Exalted is certainly the Ever All-Knower, All-Wise, Knower of otherwise invisible-hidden realities-considerations. [4:24]

وَمَن لَّمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنكُـمْ طَوْلٙا أَن يَنكِحَ ٱلْمُحْصَنَٟتِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنَٟتِ

فَمِن مَّا مَلَـكَـتْ أَيْمَٟنُكُـم مِّن فَتَيَٟتِكُـمُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنَٟتِۚ

وَٱللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيمَٟنِكُـمۚ بَعْضُكُـم مِّنۢ بَعْضٛۚ

فَٱنكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِنَّ

وَءَاتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِٱلْمَعْـرُوفِ مُحْصَنَٟتٛ غَيْـرَ مُسَٟفِحَٟتٛ وَلَا مُتَّخِذَٟتِ أَخْدَانٛۚ

فَإِذَآ أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْـنَ بِفَٟحِشَةٛ فَعَلَيْـهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَـى ٱلْمُحْصَنَٟتِ مِنَ ٱلْعَذَابِۚ

ذَٟلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِىَ ٱلْعَنَتَ مِنكُـمْۚ

وَأَن تَصْبِـرُوا۟ خَيْـرٚ لَّـكُـمْۗ

وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٚ رَّحِـيـمٚ .4:25٢٥

•Take note: If someone amongst you people has not yet self acquired wherewithal enabling he might take into Matrimonial Bond the Married Believing Women in the Wedlock of a Non Believer who have migrated and taken asylum in Muslim society-state:
•Thereby, he may seek of those woman upon whom the right hand of you have the authority and responsibility-guardianship for ordering and managing their affairs; they being in the state of your believing house-maids.
•Be mindful; Allah the Exalted best knows about your belief.
•Some of you people are mirror of some other, regards belief.
•Thereby, you the independent Men with insufficient resources take them into Wed-fold with the prior permission of their Guardians-House Masters with whom she is the maid servant.
•And pay them their Wed-gifts and committed obligations in the well known manner as is paid to a women taken in the protective fold of Matrimonial Bond making her pearl of life-household; opposite the style and manner of payment to debauch-professional women who act for the occasional "outflow of water/satisfying sexual lust". And nor in the manner of payment as is made to such women who maintain secret intimate relationship acting as keeps-concubine.
•Thereby, when maid servants are given in wedlock, thereat, if they have committed "fahishatin" - some illicit sexual activity [other than Zina, illicit intercourse], half of that punishment which is prescribed by Penal code of society in respect of such offences in respect of independent family women, shall be liable against them.
•This is a convenience-remedy for such man amongst you who dreaded distress in affording marriage with an immigrant woman.
•And if you remain firm to resolve of chastity with coolly perseverance, it is far better for you.
•Be aware; Allah the Exalted is repeatedly the Forgiving-Overlooking, the fountain of Mercy. [4:25]

يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُبَيِّـنَ لَـكُـمْ

وَيَـهْدِيَكُـمْ سُنَنَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِـكُـمْ

وَيَتُوبَ عَلَيْكُـمْۗ

وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيـمٌ حَكِيـمٚ .4:26٢٦

•Allah the Exalted intends that He may render everything distinctly evident and explicit for you.
•And that He the Exalted may guide you people about the course of action-protocols in varying situations which were followed by the people before your times.
•And He the Exalted intends attention for mercy upon you.
•Remain cognizant; Allah the Exalted is the Fountain and Setter of knowledge-science of visible and invisible domains, realities. considerations; and the Infinitely Just Supreme Administrator of the created realm. [4:26]

وَٱللَّهُ يُرِيدُ أَن يَتُوبَ عَلَيْكُـمْ

وَيُرِيدُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَّبِعُونَ ٱلشَّهَوَٟتِ أَن تَمِيلُوا۟ مَيْلٙا عَظِيمٙا .4:27٢٧

•Expand upon you; Allah the Exalted repeatedly intends to turn to you people mercifully.
•And be careful; those who affectionately and diligently submit to the lusts all sorts strongly and persistently desire that you too might get deeply inclined towards such lustful pursuits. [4:27]

يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ أَن يُخَفِّفَ عَنكُـمْۚ

وَخُلِقَ ٱلْإِنسَٟنُ ضَعِيفٙا .4:28٢٨

•Allah the Exalted intends that He may lighten things for making you agile.
•Since the man has been mingled-molded rendering weakened by inclining him to lustiness which deteriorates the strength. [4:28]

يَـٰٓأَيُّـهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟

لَا تَأْكُلُوٓا۟ أَمْوَٟلَـكُـم بَيْـنَكُـم بِٱلْبَٟطِلِ

إِلَّآ أَن تَكُونَ تِجَٟرَةٙ عَن تَرَاضٛ مِّنكُـمْۚ

وَلَا تَقْتُلُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَكُـمْۚ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُـمْ رَحِـيـمٙا .4:29٢٩

•O those people/you who proclaim to have accepted-become believers, listen;
•You should not consume the wealth-assets of others through deceit-fraud-cheating- fabrication-scamming;
•Excluding the income accruing from mutually beneficial-pleasing consented commercial activity between you people.
•And by illicit usurpation of other's wealth you should not make your selves abhorred-repugnant-hateful in society's eye resulting in distancing.
•Know it; Allah the Exalted is ever Merciful to you people. [4:29]

وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَٟلِكَ عُدْوَٟنٙا وَظُلْمٙا فَسَوْفَ نُصْلِيهِ نَارٙاۚ

وَكَانَ ذَٟلِكَ عَلَـى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيـرٙا .4:30٣٠

•Take caution; If someone does that usurpation by transgress and tyrannical conduct and by distorting the fact-cheating-deception-fabrication-scamming:  thereby having committed this crime We will soon force him into Hell-Prison.
•And this has always been an easy matter to adjudge for Allah the Exalted. [4:30]

إِن تَجْتَنِبُوا۟ كَبَآئِرَ مَا تُنْـهَوْنَ عَنْهُ

نُكَـفِّـرْ عَنكُـمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُـمْ

وَنُدْخِلْـكُـم مُّدْخَلٙا .4:31٣١

•If you diligently avoid committing major and grave sins: that cause serious and deep-rooted disturbance in society, which you are being specifically warned to refrain from:
•We would like to absolve - hide from you your minor omissions and commissions;
•We would like to absolve - hide from you your minor omissions and commissions;

وَلَا تَتَمَنَّوْا۟ مَا فَضَّلَ ٱللَّهُ بِهِۦ بَعْضَكُـمْ عَلَـىٰ بَعْضٛۚ

لِّلـرِّجَالِ نَصِيبٚ مِّمَّا ٱكْتَسَبُوا۟ۖ

وَلِلنِّسَآءِ نَصِيبٚ مِّمَّا ٱكْتَسَبْـنَۚ

وَٱسْـٔ​َلُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ مِن فَضْلِهِۦٓۗ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُلِّ شَـىْءٛ عَلِيـمٙا .4:32٣٢

•Take note; You people should not covet the peculiarity - wherewithal with which Allah the Exalted has granted distinction to some of you over some others.
•Return is the fortune for the men with regard to they had diligently sought- labored through business and other lawful professions.
•And similarly return is the fortune for the women with regard to they had diligently sought-labored through business and other lawful professions.
•Take note; You people keep calling upon Allah the Exalted for bestowing from His bounty.
•The fact remains that Allah the Exalted is certainly Ever All-Knower/Aware of everything. [4:32]

وَلِـكُـلّٛ جَعَلْنَا مَوَٟلِـىَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلْوَٟلِدَانِ وَٱلۡأَقْرَبُونَۚ

وَٱلَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَٟنُكُـمْ فَـٔ​َاتُوهُـمْ نَصِيبَـهُـمْۚ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَـىٰ كُلِّ شَـىْءٛ شَهِيدٙا .4:33٣٣

•Know it: Our Majesty have declared near-relatives and under-patronage persons; in order of relative nearness, for every deceased man and woman to benefit partially in that the Mother and Father and relatively Nearer-Relatives have left behind.
•Take note: about those whom your right hand had pledged responsibility, therefore, you people grant them their payable obligation-fortune in the inheritance.
•It is a certain fact that Allah the Exalted is Ever Observer over each and everything/ matter/agreement. [4:33]

ٱلـرِّجَالُ قَوَّٟمُونَ عَلَـى ٱلنِّسَآءِ

بِمَا فَضَّلَ ٱللَّهُ بَعْضَهُـمْ عَلَـىٰ بَعْضٛ

وَبِمَآ أَنفَقُوا۟ مِنْ أَمْوَٟلِـهِـمْۚ

فَٱلصَّٟلِحَٟتُ قَٟنِتَٟتٌ حَٟفِظَٟتٚ لِّلْغَيْبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ ٱللَّهُۚ

وَٱلَّٟتِى تَخَافُونَ نُشُوزَهُنَّ

فَعِظُوهُنَّ

وَٱهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِـى ٱلْمَضَاجِــعِ وَٱضْـرِبُوهُنَّۖ

فَإِنْ أَطَعْنَكُـمْ فَلَا تَبْغُوا۟ عَلَيْـهِنَّ سَبِيلٙاۗ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيّٙا كَبِيـرٙا .4:34٣٤

•In general sense men are strongly upright upon protecting the honour-dignity-rights of the women.
•It is because Allah the Exalted has attributed some of them distinctive features over other persons.
•And the husbands are maintainers of honour-dignity-rights of their respective wives because they had spent their wealth for taking them in protective fold.
•Thereby, because of the distinct physical and behavioral features: the righteously moderate wives are upright: behave in moral and honorable manner; they stand guard [of dignity/ rights/household of husbands] in the out of sight privacies for that which Allah the Exalted has protected.
•And as for those wives are concerned about whom you-the respective husbands remain afraid of discordant conduct, the following course of action is hereby prescribed:
•Thereat, politely and lovingly advise them;
•And you husbands move them to separate bed within the bedrooms;
•And you the husbands strike: transit them: such wives out of the bedrooms [عن المضاجع] open in house rendering the suspended matrimonial relation apparent to entire family.
•In response to any of aforesaid options given to you if they accepted your word; thereby, you should not pursue to find excuses against them.
•Be mindful; certainly Allah the Exalted is eternally the Most Exalted, the Greatest. [4:34]

وَإِنْ خِفْتُـمْ شِقَاقَ بَيْـنِـهِـمَا

فَٱبْعَثُوا۟ حَكَمٙا مِّنْ أَهْلِهِۦ وَحَكَمٙا مِّنْ أَهْلِهَآ إِن يُرِيدَآ إِصْلَٟحٙا يُوَفِّقِ ٱللَّهُ بَيْـنَـهُـمَآۗ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيـمٙا خَبِيـرٙا .4:35٣٥

•And if finding the wife excluded from the bed room you people apprehended that it might lead to separation between the husband and the wife:
•Thereat, you are directed to appoint a reconciliatory arbiter from husband's family and a reconciliatory arbiter from wife's family.
•Should the husband and wife both have the intention of straightening the affairs: Allah the Exalted would foster harmony amongst the couple.
•Indeed Allah the Exalted is eternally the Knowledgeable and absolutely aware of what is secreted and manifest. [4:35]

وَٱعْبُدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَلَا تُشْـرِكُوا۟ بِهِۦ شَيْئٙاۖ

وَبِٱلْوَٟلِدَيْنِ إِحْسَٟنٙا

وَبِذِى ٱلْقُـرْبَـىٰ وَٱلْيَتَٟمَىٰ وَٱلْمَسَٟكِيـنِ

وَٱلْجَارِ ذِى ٱلْقُـرْبَـىٰ وَٱلْجَارِ ٱلْجُنُبِ وَٱلصَّاحِبِ بِٱلجَنۢبِ وَٱبْنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَمَا مَلَـكَـتْ أَيْمَٟنُكُـمْۗ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالٙا فَخُورٙا .4:36٣٦

•Take note; you people be exclusively subservient-allegiant to Allah the Exalted [His Will/Command/ Book].And you people should never associate anyone-anything as partner-associate with Him.
•And look after your parents with affectionate kindness;
•And so with kindred-family-clan-relationship of affinity; and the father-orphans and those in need-destitute;
•And with the neighbour who is close relative; and with the stranger neighbour in vicinity;
•And with the companion-colleague; and the wayfarer;
•And with those upon whom right hand of you have the authority and are managing their affair-domestic servants in your submission and under your protection emigrant married women in  matrimonial bond of a Non Believer.
•Remember; Allah the Exalted certainly does not appreciate-approve such person who is conceited, the arrogant, and the boastful--- [4:36]

ٱلَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ وَيَأْمُـرُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ بِٱلْبُخْلِ

وَيَكْتُـمُونَ مَآ ءَاتَىٰـهُـمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِۦۗ

وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْـكَـٟفِرِينَ عَذَابٙا مُّهِينٙا .4:37٣٧

•Allah the exalted does not appreciate and approve those who are themselves stingy and miser and to justify their act instruct other people to miserly withhold the worldly wherewithal from spending in the cause of Allah;
•And conceal from people what Allah has bestowed upon them out of His Bounty; [they should not consider it something better for them-3:180].
•And We have prepared for the rejecters - ungrateful people a humbling chastisement, disgracing. [4:37]

وَٱلَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَٟلَـهُـمْ رِىـٔ​َآءَ ٱلنَّاسِ

وَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَلَا بِٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلۡءَاخِـرِۗ

وَمَن يَكُنِ ٱلشَّيْطَٟنُ لَهُۥ قَرِينٙا فَسَآءَ قَرِينٙا .4:38٣٨

•And Allah does not appreciate and approve those who spend their wherewithal only for pomp and show off to people;
•[this evidently reflects that in fact] and they neither believe in Allah nor in the Last Day.
•And should Shai'taan be a close comrade of someone-dominating his mind and heart; thereby, he is worst for association. [4:38]

وَمَاذَا عَلَيْـهِـمْ لَوْ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلۡءَاخِـرِ

وَأَنفَقُوا۟ مِمَّا رَزَقَهُـمُ ٱللَّهُۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِـهِـمْ عَلِيـمٙا .4:39٣٩

•And what burden would it have caused them if they believed in Allah the Exalted and the Last Day?
•And what burden would it have caused them if they had spent some of the sustenance Allah the Exalted has bestowed upon them?
•And Allah the Exalted is Ever Aware of them. [4:39]

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَظْلِمُ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٛۖ

وَإِن تَكُ حَسَنَةٙ يُضَٟعِفْهَا

وَيُؤْتِ مِن لَّدُنْهُ أَجْرٙا عَظِيـمٙا .4:40٤٠

•Certainly Allah the Exalted does not do wrong to anyone even equivalent to weight of an atom.
•And if it were appropriate decent deed He the Exalted will double it.
•And He the Exalted give from His Own grace a par excellence reward. [4:40]

فَكَـيْفَ إِذَا جِئْنَا مِن كُلِّ أُمَّةِۭ  بِشَهِيدٛ

وَجِئْنَا بِكَ عَلَـىٰ هَٟٓـؤُلَآءِ شَهِيدٙا .4:41٤١

•Visualize; how will be the situation when We would have brought forward a Testifier belonging to every community accompanied with an eye witness?
•And We would have brought forward you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam], in the capacity of a testifier-prosecution witness against these present peoples. [4:41]

يَوْمَئِذٛ يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَـرُوا۟ وَعَصَوُا۟ ٱلرَّسُولَ

لَوْ تُسَوَّىٰ بِـهِـمُ ٱلۡأَرْضُ

وَلَا يَكْتُـمُونَ ٱللَّهَ حَدِيثٙا .4:42٤٢

•That day when the Prosecuting witness would have testified: Those who persistently denied until their last moment and had refused to accept the word conveyed by the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] will desire:
•Were the Earth was leveled along with them-they engulfed as dust.
•And nor will they hide any fact-information from Allah the Exalted. [4:42]

يَـٰٓأَيُّـهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟

لَا تَقْرَبُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَأَنتُـمْ سُكَـٟرَىٰ حَـتَّىٰ تَعْلَمُوا۟ مَا تَقُولُونَ

وَلَا جُنُـبٙا إِلَّا عَابِرِى سَبِيلٛ حَـتَّىٰ تَغْتَسِلُوا۟ۚ

وَإِنْ كُنتُـم مَّرْضَىٰٓ

أَوْ عَلَـىٰ سَفَرٛ

أَوْ جَآءَ أَحَدٚ مِّنكُـم مِّن ٱلْغَآئِطِ

أَوْ لَٟمَسْتُـمُ ٱلنِّسَآءَ

فَلَمْ تَجِدُوا۟ مَآءٙ فَتَيَـمَّمُوا۟ صَعِيدٙا طَيِّبٙا فَٱمْسَحُوا۟ بِوُجُوهِكُـمْ وَأَيْدِيكُـمْۚ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَفُوّٙا غَفُورٙا .4:43٤٣

•O, those/you who consciously proclaim to have accepted/become believers, listen:
•You should not draw near: join the As-Salat: Formal time bound protocol of allegiance when you are in a state of scattered - disturbed - influenced mind because of any overwhelming reason till such time you might be aware as to what you people are saying.
•Moreover, you should not perform it in a state after intercourse with respective wives; [ejaculation - wet dream.]
•In such situations, the prohibitory injunction is in force until you might perfectly wash the body with water.The exception from body-wash is for him in journey.
•And if you are suffering from disease;
•Or are journeying;
•Or someone of you has come from the outdoor toilet;
•Or you did intercourse with respective wives:
•Thereby in these situations: if you could not find water, thereat, you should resort to seeking clean earthly dust. Therewith you should wipe: lightly rub your faces and your hands.
•Indeed Allah the Exalted is ever pardoning - remitting and forgiving. [4:43]

أَ لَمْ تَرَ إِلَـى ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ نَصِيبٙا مِّنَ ٱلْـكِـتَٟبِ

يَشْتَـرُونَ ٱلضَّلَٟلَةَ وَيُرِيدُونَ أَن تَضِلُّوا۟ ٱلسَّبِيلَ .4:44٤٤

•Have you not marked the attitude of those who were given an earmarked share of the Mother/Principal Book?
•They indulge in commerce of the engrossing deviations. And they desire that you people may also strayneglectful of the path of truth [and be like them] [4:44]

وَٱللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِأَعْدَآئِكُـمْۚ

وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَلِيّٙا

وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ نَصِيـرٙا .4:45٤٥

•Know it; Allah the Exalted is the most knowledgeable and aware of enemies of you the believers.
•Remain confident; Allah the Exalted suffices for you as Protector and Preserver.
•And Allah the Exalted suffices as provider of strengthening help. [4:45]

مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ هَادُوا۟ يُحَرِّفُونَ ٱلْـكَلِمَ عَن مَّوَاضِعِهِۦ

وَيَقُولُونَ سَـمِعْنَا وَعَصَيْنَا

وَٱسْـمَعْ غَيْـرَ مُسْمَـعٛ

وَرَٟعِنَا لَيَّـاۢ بِأَ لْسِنَتِـهِـمْ

وَطَعْنٙا فِـى ٱلدِّينِۚ

وَلَوْ أَنَّـهُـمْ قَالُوا۟ سَـمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا وَٱسْـمَعْ وَٱنظُرْنَا لَـكَانَ خَيْـرٙا لَّـهُـمْ وَأَقْوَمَ

وَلَٟكِـن لَّعَنَـهُـمُ ٱللَّهُ بِكُـفْرِهِـمْ

فَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٙا .4:46٤٦

•Your enemies are some amongst those who have reverted to identity of Jews. Their characteristic is that they knowingly distort the definite expression out of their context giving it a different angle-dimension-perspective [as they did about the command of sacrificing any heifer-2:68-71].
•And they say: "We have heard it: what you said but we have not accepted it"
•And they say: "Listen us, in a state other than of a person who is made to listen earlier".
•And they utter the word "Raa'ina" by twisting-distorting its articulation with their tongues.
•And they gibe in the prescribed Constitution: Code of Conduct.
•Take note; Had they remain firm on their statement: "We have listened and have heartily accepted it; and; "kindly listen paying us attention":  it would have been certainly much better for them and a more appropriate and sustainable-appreciable conduct.
•But Allah the Exalted has discarded them as condemned and cursed because of their deliberate denial to accept.
•Thereby, barring a few amongst Jews they do not accept/believe. [4:46]

يَـٰٓأَيُّـهَا ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْـكِـتَٟبَ

ءَامِنُوا۟ بِمَا نَزَّلْنَا

مُصَدِّقٙا لِّمَا مَعَكُـم

مِّن قَبْلِ أَن نَّطْمِسَ وُجُوهٙا فَنَرُدَّهَا عَلَـىٰٓ أَدْبَارِهَآ

أَوْ نَلْعَنَـهُـمْ كَمَا لَعَنَّـآ أَصْحَـٟـبَ ٱلسَّبْتِۚ

وَكَانَ أَمْـرُ ٱللَّهِ مَفْعُولٙا .4:47٤٧

•O you the people whom Book was given earlier, listen:
•Heartily accept that which We have gradually sent.
•It is Testifier-Affirmer-Certifier-Sanctifier for that which is found written in the Book with you people[Tor'aat and Injeel].
•Comply it before the time that We might efface faces; whereby We might return faces [eyes, nose, mouth] on the back side of faces.
•Or We might discard and condemn them as We discarded and condemned those companions who violated and transgressed in the matter of Sabbat/promise of abstaining commercial activity for a day.
•Be mindful; the decision and commands of Allah the Exalted is bound to get executed and become physically accomplished. [4:47]

(Explanation Urdu / English)

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَغْفِرُ أَن يُشْـرَكَ بِهِۦ وَيَغْفِرُ مَا دُونَ ذَٟلِكَ لِمَن يَشَآءُۚ

وَمَن يُشْـرِكْ بِٱللَّهِ

فَقَدِ ٱفْتَـرَىٰٓ إِثْـمٙا عَظِيـمٙا .4:48٤٨

•Remain cognizant; Allah the Exalted will not forgive that He might be ascribed and associated with partners. And He the Exalted forgives offences other than this in respect of a person about whom He so decides.
•Take note; if someone ascribes and associates partners with Allah the exalted:
•Thereat indeed he fabricated and conjectured an extremely big lie; committed a dilapidating sin. [4:48]

أَ لَمْ تَرَ إِلَـى ٱلَّذِينَ يُزَكُّونَ أَنفُسَهُـمۚ

بَلِ ٱللَّهُ يُزَكِّى مَن يَشَآءُ

وَلَا يُظْلَمُونَ فَتِيلٙا .4:49٤٩

•Have you marked the attitude of those people who are in habit of self-enhancement and self-dignifying their stature?
•No, self adopted big titles do not elevate; Allah the Exalted elevates and dignifies a person about whom He the Exalted so decides.
•And they will not meet minutest injustice even equivalent to thin spot/fiber on date-stone slit. [4:49]

ٱنظُرْ كَيْفَ يَفْـتَـرُونَ عَلَـى ٱللَّهِ ٱلـكَـذِبَ

وَكَفَىٰ بِهِۦٓ إِثْـمٙا مُّبِيـنٙا .4:50٥٠

• Look at them; how they fabricate-concoct falsehood attributing upon Allah the Exalted.
•Take note; act of fabricating lies is quite sufficient an evident dilapidating sin for criminal cognizance and sentence. [4:50]

أَ لَمْ تَرَ إِلَـى ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ نَصِيبٙا مِّنَ ٱلْـكِـتَٟبِ

يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْجِبْتِ وَٱلطَّٟغُوتِ

وَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَـرُوا۟ هَٟٓـؤُلَآءِ أَهْدَىٰ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ سَبِيلٙا .4:51٥١

•Have you not marked the attitude of those who were given an earmarked share of the Mother/Principal Book?
•They believe in all void-of-substance conjectural myths and in the Defiant refractory;
•And they say about those who have refused to accept and believe that they are better guided on the path as compared to those who have accepted-believed. [4:51]

أُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَعَنَـهُـمُ ٱللَّهُۖ

وَمَن يَلْعَنِ ٱللَّهُ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُۥ نَصِيـرٙا .4:52٥٢

•They are the people whom Allah the Exalted has discarded as condemned and cursed.
•And whomsoever should Allah the Exalted discard as condemned and cursed: thereat, you will never find for him anyone as helper. [4:52]

أَمْ لَـهُـمْ نَصِيبٚ مِّنَ ٱلْمُلْكِ فَإِذٙا لَّا يُؤْتُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ نَقِيـرٙا .4:53٥٣

•Or a share in the dominion is assigned for them?; If they had a share in the kingdom even then they will not be generous enough to give to people something as trivial-insignificant as spot on date-stone slit. [4:53]

أَمْ يَحْسُدُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ عَلَـىٰ مَآ ءَاتَىٰـهُـمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِۦۖ

فَقَدْ ءَاتَيْـنَآ ءَالَ إِبْرَٟهِيـمَ ٱلْـكِـتَٟبَ وَٱلْحِكْمَةَ وَءَاتَيْـنَـٟـهُـم مُّلْـكٙا عَظِيـمٙا .4:54٥٤

•The fact is that they: the Jews feel jealous of those people [Uemee'yien, Bani Iesma'eile علیہ السلام] over that which Allah the Exalted has given them by His Grace [Grand Qur'aan-2:90,109]
•It should not have been the cause of jealousy since We had certainly given the followers of Iebra'heim [علیہ السلام] the Book and the wisdom: knowledge of invisible realities. And We had given them a grand country and kingdom. [4:54]

 فَمِنْـهُـم مَّنْ ءَامَنَ بِهِۦ وَمِنْـهُـم مَّن صَدَّ عَنْهُۚ

وَكَفَىٰ بِجَهَنَّـمَ سَعِيـرٙا .4:55٥٥

•Thereby, certain person belonging to them heartily believed in it: Qur'aan. And certain person belonging to them abstained and rebuffed away from it.
•Take note; the Hell Prison having scorching high temperature suffices for deviators. [4:55]

 إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَـرُوا۟ بِـٔ​َايَـٟتِنَا سَوْفَ نُصْلِيـهِـمْ نَارٙا

كُلَّمَا نَضِجَتْ جُلُودُهُـم بَدَّلْنَٟهُـمْ جُلُودٙا غَيْـرَهَا لِيَذُوقُوا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَۗ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَزِيزٙا حَكِيـمٙا  .4:56٥٦

•Know the certain fact about those in time and space who refused to accept Our Aa'ya'aat: Verbal Passages of the Book: We will soon force and expose them into the heated Hell Prison.
•Every time their skins burn out We will replace-graft them skins other than of original skins. The purpose of replacing-grafting skins is that they people might feel-sense the torment.
•Indeed Allah the Exalted has eternally the absolute command-Dominance; and the Infinitely Just Supreme Administrator of the created realms. [4:56]

وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٟلِحَـٟتِ سَنُدْخِلُـهُـمْ

جَنَّٟتٛ تَجْـرِى مِن تَحْتِـهَا ٱلۡأََنْـهَٟرُ خَٟلِدِينَ فِيـهَآ أَبَدٙاۖ

لَّـهُـمْ فِيـهَآ أَزْوَٟجٚ مُّطَهَّرَةٚۖ

وَنُدْخِلُـهُـمْ ظِـلّٙا ظَلِيلٙا .4:57٥٧

•And regards those who heartily accepted-believed and conducted moderately in accordance with the Book: We will soon enter them into:
•Gardens; canals of water flow by their side; the characteristic feature of those gardens. They will reside therein indefinitely.
•Spouses of purified-clean hearted as companions-mates are assured for them therein.
•And We will enter them into shade; permanently plenteous. [4:57]

 إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأْمُـرُكُمْ أَن تُؤدُّوا۟ ٱلۡأَمَـٟنَـٟتِ إِلَـىٰٓ أَهْلِـهَا

وَإِذَا حَكَمْتُـم بَيْـنَ ٱلنَّاسِ أَن تَحْكُـمُوا۟ بِٱلْعَدْلِۚ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ نِعِمَّا يَعِظُـكُـم بِهِۦٓۗ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ سَـمِيعَاۢ بَصِيـرٙا .4:58٥٨

•Indeed Allah the Exalted commands you people to the effect: restoring the trusts entrusted to you back to their owners;
•And when you people judge between people, Allah the Exalted commands that you people judge with equity and justice.
•Indeed Allah the Exalted advises you with an excellent and pleasant advice.
•Indeed Allah the Exalted is ever listener and observer. [4:58]

يَـٰٓأَيُّـهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟

أَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱلرَّسُولَ

وَأُو۟لِـى ٱلۡأَمْرِ مِنكُـمْۖ

فَإِن تَنَـٟزَعْتُـمْ فِـى شَـىْءٛ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَـى ٱللَّهِ وَٱلرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُـمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلۡءَاخِـرِۚ

ذَٟلِكَ خَيْـرٚ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلٙا .4:59٥٩

•O those/you who proclaim to have accepted-become believers, pay attention;
•You people listen and wholeheartedly accept the Word of Allah the Exalted and listen and accept the Word of the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]: Grand Qur'aan;
•And accept the word-promulgations of the holders of authority administering the affairs in society.
•Thereat, if you mutually wrangled with men of authority-rulers in some matter; thereby, you are directed to resolve it by reverting to the word of Allah the Exalted and the Messenger: evaluate and decide according to dictate of Grand Qur'aan; if you people have truly been believing in Allah the Exalted and the Last Day.
•This is the best course; and in ultimate analysis-outcome it is most appropriate and balanced. [4:59]

أَ لَمْ تَرَ إِلَـى ٱلَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّـهُـمْ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ

يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَتَحَاكَمُوٓا۟ إِلَـى ٱلطَّٟغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوٓا۟ أَن يَكْـفُـرُوا۟ بِهِۦ

وَيُرِيدُ ٱلشَّيْطَٟنُ أَن يُضِلَّـهُـمْ ضَلَـٰلَاۢ بَعِيدٙا .4:60٦٠

•Have you marked conduct of those who falsely assert to have accepted believing in that which is compositely sent to you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] and in that which was compositely sent in times before you?
•They intend they might govern their matters towards refractory state of  no limits, measure and bounds. The fact remains that they were certainly commanded to the effect that they might avoid such refractory conduct.
•And Ash'Shai'taan: the Satan: Defiant-Refractory desires and intends that he might stray them to the far destructive end of neglectfulness. [4:60]

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَـهُـمْ تَعَالَوْا۟ إِلَـىٰ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ وَإِلَـى ٱلرَّسُولِ

رَأَيْتَ ٱلْمُنَٟفِقِيـنَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنكَ صُدُودٙا .4:61٦١

•Know it; when it is said to them: "You people come towards that which Allah the Exalted has since compositely sent and towards the Messenger: Muhammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]"—
•You saw that the Muna'fi'qeen: Imposter believers avoid-divert away from you the Messenger[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]; quite irritated-jealously pyric. [4:61]

فَكَـيْفَ إِذَآ أَصَٟبَتْـهُـم مُّصِيبَةُۢ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيـهِـمْ

ثُـمَّ جَآءُوكَ يَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ إِنْ أَرَدْنَآ إِلَّآ إِحْسَٟنٙا وَتَوْفِيقٙا .4:62٦٢

•Then how would it be their response/attitude when affliction would have fallen upon them as a result of that which their hands have sent forward/the conduct/actions?
•Thereafter, they came to you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] swearing by Allah the Exalted: "We had diverted not except we intended settlement and reconciliation" [4:62]

أُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَعْلَمُ ٱللَّهُ مَا فِـى قُلُوبِـهِـمْ فَأَعْـرِضْ عَنْـهُـمْ

وَعِظْهُـمْ وَقُل لَّـهُـمْ فِـىٓ أَنفُسِهِـمْ قَوْلَاۢ بَلِيغٙا .4:63٦٣

•They are the people about whom Allah the Exalted best knows the disease self implanted in the hearts of them: Muna'fi'qeen: Imposter believers. Therefore, you the Messenger distance away from them.
•However, politely advise them. And relate for them penetratingly expressive statement that touches their inner selves: Qur'aan. [4:63]

وَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن رَّسُولٛ إِلَّا لِيُطَاعَ بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِۚ

وَلَوْ أَنَّـهُـمْ إِذ ظَّلَمُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُـمْ جَآءُوكَ فَٱسْتَغْفَرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱسْتَغْفَرَ لَـهُـمُ ٱلـرَّسُولُ

لَوَجَدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ تَوَّابٙا رَّحِـيـمٙا .4:64٦٤

•And Our Majesty whenever deputed a Messenger to a people the only obligation imposed was  that he might be listened comprehensively accepting his word relayed with the prior permission of Allah the Exalted.
•Know it; if they had come to you the Messenger upon having wronged their selves, manifesting regret, and then sought forgiveness of Allah the Exalted, and the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] too aspired forgiveness for them:
•Surely they would have found Allah the Exalted most attentively forgiving; merciful. [4:64]

فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَـتَّىٰ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيـمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَـهُـمْ

ثُـمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا۟ فِـىٓ أَنفُسِهِـمْ حَرَجٙا مِّمَّا قَضَيْتَ

وَيُسَلِّمُوا۟ تَسْلِيمٙا .4:65٦٥

•[they have not come to you] Therefore; to emphasize, your Sustainer Lord swears; they will not believe in the manner acceptable to Allah the Exalted until and unless they might consider and make you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] judge-authority-ruler to decide in matters that have become hardened belief like entrenched tree amongst them.
•Afterwards; they would not find hesitative embarrassment in their thoughts about what you the Messenger had ruled-decided in accordance with the Grand Qur'aan [2:213;3:23;4:105;5:48-49;6:114].
•And they will not be considered as believers unless they might pay you obeisance and salutations; respectfully dignifying. [4:65]

وَلَوْ أَنَّا كَتَبْنَا عَلَيْـهِـمْ

أَنِ ٱقْتُلُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَكُـمْ أَوِ ٱخْرُجُوا۟ مِن دِيَٟرِكُم

مَّا فَعَلُوهُ إِلَّا قَلِيلٚ مِّنْـهُـمْۖ

وَلَوْ أَنَّـهُـمْ فَعَلُوا۟ مَا يُوعَظُونَ بِهِۦ لَـكَانَ خَيْـرٙا لَّـهُـمْ وَأَشَدَّ تَثْبِيتٙا .4:66٦٦

وَإِذٙا لَّءَاتَيْنَٟهُـم مِّن لَّدُنَّـآ أَجْرٙا عَظِيـمٙا .4:67٦٧

وَلَـهَدَيْنَٟهُـمْ صِـرَٟطٙا مُّسْتَقِيمٙا .4:68٦٨

•And had We made it mandatory upon them: Muna'fi'qeen: Imposter believers:
•Directing them: "Shame your selves"; or ordered: "Leave out of your places of abode":
•They would not have done it barring a few of them.
•And had they acted upon what they are advised to accept which has since been sent: Grand Qur'aan; indeed it would have been far better for them and stronger to hold them desist what they keep doing; [4:66]
•And thereat We would certainly have given them a great reward from Our Grace; [4:67]
•And surely We would have guided them to the High Road: Course leading to destination. [4:68]

وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلرَّسُولَ

فَأُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ مَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْـهِـم

مِّنَ ٱلنَّبِىِّــۧنَ وَٱلصِّدِّيقِيـنَ وَٱلشُّهَدَآءِ وَٱلصَّٟلِحِيـنَۚ

وَحَسُنَ أُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ رَفِيقٙا .4:69٦٩

ذَٟلِكَ ٱلْفَضْلُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِۚ

وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ عَلِيـمٙا .4:70٧٠

•Know it; should someone willingly and affectionately accept the Word of Allah the Exalted and the Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]: Grand Qur'aan: the message of Allah relayed by the Messenger;
•Thereby, such people become associated- connected in time and place with those upon whom Allah the Exalted did bestow grace:
•The people bestowed grace are: the exalted and chosen Allegiants of Allah the Exalted; and the truthful who proved their word of belief by conduct; and the people selected to be Witnesses; and the people who conducted with perfection.
•And such people thus made beautiful choice, regarding connecting with distinct people.  [4:69]
•This is the Grace - Elegance granted by Allah the Exalted;
•And it suffices that Allah the Exalted is eternally the knower of everyone. [4:70]

يَـٰٓأَيُّـهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءامَنُوا۟

خُذُوا۟ حِذْرَكُمْ فَٱنفِرُوا۟ ثُبَاتٛ أَوِ ٱنفِرُوا۟ جَـمِيعٙا .4:71٧١

•O those/you who proclaim to have accepted-become believers, listen;
•You people acquire vigilantly all your precautionary measures-weaponry. Thereby for reason of infliction of war you either move out [with light and heavy weapons-9:41] in groups; or you move out collectively [depending upon situation and strategy] [4:71]

وَإِنَّ مِنكُـمْ لَمَن لَّيُبَطِّـىَٔنَّ

فَإِنْ أَصَٟبَتْكُـم مُّصِيبَةٚ

قَالَ قَدْ أَنْعَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَـىَّ إِذْ لَمْ أَكُن مَّعَهُـمْ شَهِيدٙا .4:72٧٢

•Be aware; There is certainly amongst you who [Muna'fi'qeen] will definitely tarry back.
•Thereby if you people were faced adversities in combat:
•He will say: "Indeed Allah has bestowed upon me grace in that I was not present along with them." [4:72]

وَلَئِنْ أَصَٟبَكُـمْ فَضْلٚ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ لَيَقُولَنَّ كَأَن لَّمْ تَكُنۢ بَيْنَكُـمْ وَبَيْنَهُۥ مَوَدَّةٚ

يٟلَيْتَنِى كُنتُ مَعَهُـمْ فَأَفُوزَ فَوْزٙا عَظِيـمٙا .4:73٧٣

•And it is a certain matter that if you people attained victory as the grace of Allah the Exalted he willcertainly regretfully exclaim to himself; as if there had never been a relationship of acquaintance and affection between you and him;
•"Alas! Had I been with them thereby I might have shared a great triumph." [4:73]

فَلْيُقَٟتِلْ فِـى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَشْـرُونَ ٱلْحَـيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنْيَا بِٱلۡۡۡءَا خِـرَةِۚ

وَمَن يُقَٟتِلْ فِـى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَيُقْتَلْ أَو يَغْلِبْ

فَسَوْفَ نُؤْتِيهِ أَجْرٙا عَظِيمٙا .4:74٧٤

•[reverting from parenthetic] Thereby having moved to battlefield the believer should confront war in the cause of Allah the Exalted against those who purchase worldly life at the cost of the Hereafter.
•And whoever confronts war in the cause of Allah the Exalted whereby if he is slain or turns victorious-overpowers the enemy:
•Appreciating it, We will soon pay him a great reward. [4:74]

وَمَا لَـكُـمْ لَا تُقَـٟتِلُونَ فِـى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ

وَٱلْمُسْتَضْعَفِيـنَ مِنَ ٱلـرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلْوِلْدَٟنِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ

رَبَّنَآ أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَـٟذِهِ ٱلْقَرْيَةِ ٱلظَّالِمِ أَهْلُـهَا

وَٱجْعَلْ لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيّٙا

وَٱجْعَلْ لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ نَصِيـرٙا .4:75٧٥

•And what is wrong that hampers you people confronting war in the cause of Allah the Exalted;
•And for the deliverance of the oppressed-weak men and women and children who pray:
•"Our Sustainer Lord! Take us out of this city whose dwellers are oppressors and evil-doers;
•And appoint by Your grace a protector for us;
•And appoint by Your grace a helper for us." [4:75]

ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ يُقَـٟتِلُونَ فِـى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۖ

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَـرُوا۟ يُقَـٟتِلُونَ فِـى سَبِيلِ ٱلطَّٟغُوتِ

فَقَـٟتِلُوٓا۟ أَوْلِيَآءَ ٱلشَّيْطَٟنِۖ

إِنَّ كَيْدَ ٱلشَّيْطَٟنِ كَانَ ضَعِيفٙا .4:76٧٦

• Those who have accepted and believed they confront imposed war only for the cause of Allah the Exalted with no worldly consideration and advantage that might accrue as unsolicited gift.
•And those who have deliberately and persistently refused to accept the belief: they wage war for considerations of expansionism.
•Therefore, you people confront in war the companions of Shai'taan: Satanic forces.
•Know to remain firm: The tactics and deceptive strategy of Shai'taan has always been feeble. [4:76]

أَ لَمْ تَرَ إِلَـى ٱلَّذِينَ قِيلَ لَـهُـمْ كُفُّوٓا۟ أَيْدِيَكُـمْ

وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَ ءَاتُوا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ

فَلَمَّا كُتِبَ عَلَيْـهِـمُ ٱلْقِتَالُ إِذَا فَرِيقٚ مِّنْـهُـمْ يَخْشَوْنَ ٱلنَّاسَ كَخَشْيَةِ ٱللَّهِ أَوْ أَشَدَّ خَشْيَةٙۚ

وَقَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا لِمَ كَتَبْتَ عَلَيْنَا ٱلْقِتَالَ لَوْلَآ أَخَّرْتَنَآ إِلَـىٰٓ أَجَلٛ قَرِيبٛۗ

قُلْ مَتَٟعُ ٱلدُّنْيَا قَلِيلٚ وَٱلۡءَاخِـرَةُ خَيْـرٚ لِّمَنِ ٱتَّقَىٰ

وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ فَتِيلٙا .4:77٧٧

•Have you marked the attitude of people whom it was said: "Hold back and restrain your hands;
•Moreover, you people maintain Institution of As-sa'laat: Time Bound Protocol of Servitude and allegiance; and willingly pay Az-zaka'at: financial liability for economic uplift of society;"
•Thereupon, as soon fighting the war was prescribed for them a group of them started considering opponent people frightening like the awe of Allah the Exalted or even stronger in awe;
•And they said on that occasion: "Our Sustainer Lord! Why have you prescribed and made mandatory upon us the fighting of war; why have You not deferred it for us for sometime more".
•You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce that the worldly sustenance-life is of a short while, limited nature, and the Hereafter is far better for the him who remains cautious, heedful and mindful of Allah the Exalted;
•And you people will not be met with minutest injustice  equal of a spot on date-stone slit. [4:77]

أَيْنَمَا تَكُونُوا۟ يُدْرِككُّـمُ ٱلْمَوْتُ وَلَوْ كُنتُـمْ فِـى بُرُوجٛ مُّشَيَّدَةٛۗ

وَإِن تُصِبْـهُـمْ حَسَنَةٚ يَقُولُوا۟ هَـٟذِهِۦ مِنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِۖ

وَإِن تُصِبْـهُـمْ سَيِّئَةٚ يَقُولُوا۟ هَـٟذِهِۦ مِنْ عِندِكَۚ

قُلْ كُلّٚ مِّنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِۖ

فَمَالِ هَٟٓـؤُلَآءِ ٱلْقَوْمِ لَا يَكَادُونَ يَفْقَهُونَ حَدِيثٙا .4:78٧٨

•Wherever should you people be: The death would chase and catch you people even if you were stationed in lofty and secure towers.
•And if something pleasant and delightful reaches them: Muna'fi'qeen: Imposter believers, they say: "It is blessing from Allah";
•And if something distressing and unpleasant reaches them [because of their own deeds 4:62] they say:  "It is because of you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]."
•You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce:  "Everything happens by the will and explicit permission of Allah the Exalted" [with His permission-64:11]
•What is the reason and wrong with such people that they near not understanding and comprehending a simple informative statement that death are inevitable and that results are of acts done. [4:78]

مَّآ أَصَابَكَ مِنْ حَسَنَةٛ فَمِنَ ٱللَّهِۖ

وَمَآ أَصَابَكَ مِن سَيِّئَةٛ فَمِن نَّفْسِكَۚ

وَأَرْسَلْنَـٟكَ لِلنَّاسِ رَسُولٙاۚ

وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدٙا .4:79٧٩

•[you the Messenger Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam pronounce] Whatever pleasant and delightful reached you; thereat you should know and accept, it was by the grace of Allah the Exalted.
•And whatever distressing and unpleasant reached you; thereat reflect and realize that it was caused by your own self. [cause and effect 4:62].
•It should be acknowledged by humanity; We have sent you: Muhammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] for the humanity to act as universal Messenger.
•Take note; Allah the Exalted suffices to witness-observe. [4:79]

مَّن يُطِعِ ٱلرَّسُولَ فَقَدْ أَطَاعَ ٱللَّهَۖ

وَمَن تَوَلَّـىٰ

فَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَـٟكَ عَلَيْـهِـمْ حَفِيظٙا .4:80٨٠

•Should someone willingly and affectionately accept the word of the Messenger: Muhammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]: thereby he has in fact willingly and affectionately accepted the Word of Allah the Exalted recited and delivered by the Messenger-word by word [3:164;]
•And whoever about-faced:
•Then it is his choice-freedom granted, why should you worry because We have not sent you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] for acting as corporeal guard upon such people. [4:80]

وَيَقُولُونَ طَاعَةٚ

فَإِذَا بَرَزُوا۟ مِنْ عِندِكَ بَيَّتَ طَـآئِفَةٚ مِّنْـهُـمْ غَيْـرَ ٱلَّذِى تَقُولُۖ

وَٱللَّهُ يَكْتُبُ مَا يُبَيِّتُونَۖ

فَأَعْـرِضْ عَنْـهُـمْ

وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَـى ٱللَّهِۚ

وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلٙا .4:81٨١

•Take note; They: Muna'fi'qeen: the imposter believers respond: "Our promise is acceptance of narrated word." [read with 24:53]
•Thereby, the moment they depart from the company of you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] a crafty group amongst them structures-fabricates-whispers something other than the one you said to them.
•Be mindful; Allah the Exalted records in writing all that they secretively discuss during night.
•Therefore, you avoid and ignore them.
•And continue having trust and reliance in Allah the Exalted.
•And Allah the Exalted suffices as the Guardian-Protector-Disposer of Affairs. [4:81]

أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَۚ

وَلَوْ كَانَ مِنْ عِندِ غَيْـرِ ٱللَّهِ لَوَجَدُوا۟ فِيهِ ٱخْتِلَٟفٙا كَثِيـرٙا .4:82٨٢

•[why do they behave as such] Is it because of their habit that they do not cross-examine the Qur'aan critically pursuing coherently its miscellany: Unitary Verbal Passages mirroring established realities and facts?
•Mind it; had this Qur'aan been a dictate by someone other than Allah the Exalted; indeed on cross-examination of its contents they would certainly have detected quite a number of variations, contradictions and conflicts therein. [4:82]

وَإِذَا جَآءَهُـمْ أَمْرٚ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَمْنِ أَوِ ٱلْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُوا۟ بِهِۦۖ

وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَـى ٱلرَّسُولِ وَإِلَـىٰٓ أُو۟لِـى ٱلۡأَمْرِ مِنْـهُـمْ لَعَلِمَهُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَسْتَنۢبِطُونَهُۥ مِنْـهُـمْۗ

وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْكُـمْ وَرَحْـمَتُهُۥ

لَاتَّبَعْتُـمُ ٱلشَّيْطَٟنَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٙا .4:83٨٣

•And when opinion-report of the peace-security or of frightening threat had come to their notice: they noised with it; made it talk of the town;
•And had they referred it towards the Messenger [now to his recited words: Grand Qur'aan] and towards the holders of authority amongst them: Certainly those of authority would have known the veracity of such report who investigate and verify the matter in depth.
•Take note; had there been not the bounty of Allah upon you people and His Mercy:
• Certainly you people barring a few would have followed the footstep of Shai'taan. [4:83]

فَقَٟتِلْ فِـى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ لَا تُكَلَّفُ إِلَّا نَفْسَكَۚ

وَحَرِّضِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِيـنَۖ

عَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن يَكُفَّ بَأْسَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَـرُوا۟ۚ

وَٱللَّهُ أَشَدُّ بَأْسٙا وَأَشَدُّ تَنكِيلٙا .4:84٨٤

•[reverting to matter in 4:77] Thereby, you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] fight the war for the cause of Allah the Exalted. You are not burdened and made responsible for anyone except your self;
•However, urge upon the believers to participate in the imposed war.
•There is hope for you that Allah the Exalted will restrain the combat power of those who have refused to accept.
•People should know it; Allah the Exalted is the Mightiest with regard to causing calamitous events; and super powerful in restraining people. [4:84]

مَّن يَشْفَعْ شَفَٟعَةٙ حَسَنَةٙ يَكُنْ لَّهُۥ نَصِيبٚ مِّنْـهَاۖ

وَمَن يَشْفَعْ شَفَٟعَةٙ سَيِّئَةٙ يَكُنْ لَّهُۥ كِفْلٚ مِّنْـهَاۗ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَـىٰ كُلِّ شَـىْءٛ مُّقِيتٙا .4:85٨٥

•Should someone adjoin-pair in a bond for some balancing and moderating cause-restoring equilibrium: Thereby an equal share-reward of this good shall also be credited for him.
•Likewise, should someone adjoin-pair in a bond for some mischief-evil cause: thereby an equal share-responsibility for this evil shall also be blamed against him.
•Take guard; Allah the Exalted is eternally powerful in keeping strict control and watch every thing-matter.[4:85]

وَإِذَا حُيِّيتُـم بِتَحِيَّةٛ فَحَيُّوا۟ بِأَحْسَنَ مِنْـهَآ أَوْ رُدُّوهَآۗ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَـىٰ كُلِّ شَـىْءٛ حَسِيبٙا .4:86٨٦

•Note it; When you people were greeted with a greeting: Thereat respond with a greeting better than that or you reciprocate it.
•Be mindful; Allah the Exalted certainly holds account and subjects to accountability every thing. [4:86]

ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَـٟهَ إِلَّا هُوَۚ

لَيَجْمَعَنَّكُـمْ إِلَـىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَٟمَةِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِۗ

وَمَنْ أَصْدَقُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ حَدِيثٙا .4:87٨٧

•Realize and recognize it about Allah the Exalted—None at all in miscellany of iela'aha: godheads - deities that are uncritically admired, adorned and worshiped is alive or organizes, administers or sustains others except He the Exalted.
•It is sworn promise that He the Exalted will certainly gather you people on the Day of Rising. There is absolutely no confusion-uncertainty in realization of it.
•Heed the pronouncement seriously; Who is there more infallibly truthful than Allah the Exalted; Infallibly truthful in disclosure of breaking news; relay of hitherto unknown information? [4:87]

فَمَا لَـكُـمْ فِـى ٱلْمُنَٟفِقِيـنَ فِئَتَيْـنِ وَٱللَّهُ أَرْكَسَهُـم بِمَا كَسَبُوٓا۟ۚ

أَتُرِيدُونَ أَن تَـهْدُوا۟ مَنْ أَضَلَّ ٱللَّهُۖ

وَمَن يُضْلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُۥ سَبِيلٙا .4:88٨٨

•Despite having known about them what is the reason that you be two groups of varying opinion about Muna'fi'qeen: Imposter believers; particularly when Allah the Exalted has let them relapse because of what they had earned and persistently did?
•Do you people intend that you might guide him whom Allah the Exalted has discarded to remain neglectfully straying?
•Take note; Should Allah the Exalted discard and expose someone as neglectfully straying: Thereat, you will never find for him a way out. [4:88]

وَدُّوا۟ لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ كَمَا كَفَـرُوا۟ فَتَكُونُونَ سَوَآءٙۖ

فَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا۟ مِنْـهُـمْ أَوْلِيَآءَ حَـتَّىٰ يُـهَاجِرُوا۟ فِـى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۚ

فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَخُذُوهُـمْ وَٱقْتُلُوهُـمْ حَيْثُ وَجَدتُّـمُوهُـمْۖ

وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا۟ مِنْـهُـمْ وَلِيّٙا وَلَا نَصِيـرٙا .4:89٨٩

•They: the Idolaters long that it could become possible that you people deny like they have refused whereby you all become alike.
•Therefore you should not consider your fathers and brothers present amongst them as intimates until they might migrate in the cause of Allah the Exalted.
•Thereby if they averted and for reason of their participation in war you are directed to treat them not fathers and brothers but enemy and fight them at whatever flank you met them.
•And in peace times too you should not consider your fathers and brothers amongst them: idolaters as intimate nor as helper. [4:89]

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ يَصِلُونَ إِلَـىٰ قَوْمِۭ بَيْنَكُـمْ وَبَيْنَـهُـم مِّيثَٟقٌ

أَوْ جَآءُوكُمْ حَصِرَتْ صُدُورُهُـمْ أَن يُقَـٟتِلُوكُمْ أَوْ يُقَـٟتِلُوا۟ قَوْمَهُـمْۚ

وَلَوْ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَسَلَّطَهُـمْ عَلَيْكُـمْ فَلَقَٟتَلُوكُمْۚ

فَإِنِ ٱعْتَزَلُوكُمْ فَلَمْ يُقَـٟتِلُوكُمْ وَأَ لْقَوْا۟ إِ لَيْكُـمُ ٱلسَّلَمَ

فَمَا جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لَـكُـمْ عَلَيْـهِـمْ سَبِيلٙا .4:90٩٠

•Except those who attach-refuge with such people-nation: a covenant-treaty-no war pact is in force between you and them;
•Or, those who have come to you with their breasts constricted and dejected about the prospect of fighting you being on the side of their people, or fighting their people .
•Had Allah the Exalted so willed He would have certainly given them dominance and power over you for which reason assuredly they would have fought you.
•Thereby, if they stayed away from you and do not fight you and offer you peace:
•Thereat, Allah the Exalted has not authorized and allowed you any course against them. [4:90]

سَتَجِدُونَ ءَاخَرِينَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَأْمَنُوكُمْ وَيَأْمَنُوا۟ قَوْمَهُـمْ

كُلَّ مَا رُدُّوٓا۟ إِلَـى ٱلْفِتْنِةِ أُرْكِسُوا۟ فِـيِـهَاۚ

فَإِن لَّمْ يَعْتَزِلُوكُمْ وَيُلْقُوٓا۟ إِلَيْكُـمُ ٱلسَّلَمَ وَيَكُفُّوٓا۟ أَيْدِيَـهُـمْ

فَخُذُوهُـمْ وَٱقْتُلُوهُـمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُـمُوهُـمْۚ

وَأُو۟لَـٟٓئِكُـمْ جَعَلْنَا لَـكُـمْ عَلَيْـهِـمْ سُلْطَٟنٙا مُّبِيـنٙا .4:91٩١

•You people will also henceforth come across another group: they desire they might have security from you people and also might have security from their own people.
•Every time they are prompted towards creating disturbance-anarchy-confusion they turn back to it.
•Therefore, if they do not stay away from you people; and not offer you peace; and restrain not their hands/swords:
•Thereby as responsive action you people are allowed to seize them [and put them in jail] and fight to kill them wherever you meet them in the battlefield.
•And We have given you distinct authorization for such people-in contrast to restrain told earlier. [4:91]

وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٛ أَن يَقْتُلَ مُؤْمِنٙا إِلَّا خَطَــٔٙاۚ

وَمَن قَتَلَ مُؤْمِنٙا خَطَــٔٙا فَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٛ مُّؤْمِنَةٛ

وَدِيَةٚ مُّسَلَّمَةٌ إِلَـىٰٓ أَهْلِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَن يَصَّدَّقُوا۟ۚ

فَإِن كَانَ مِن قَوْمٛ عَدُوّٛ لَّـكُـمْ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٚ فَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٛ مُّؤْمِنَةٛۖ

وَإِن كَانَ مِن قَوْمٛ بَيْـنَكُـمْ وَبَيْـنَـهُـم مِّيثَٟقٚ فَدِيَةٚ مُّسَلَّمَةٌ إِلَـىٓ أَهْلِهِۦ وَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٛ مُّؤْمِنَةٛۖ

فَمَن لَّمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْـنِ تَوْبَةٙ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِۗ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلِيـمٙا حَكِيـمٙا .4:92٩٢

•Know it; It has never been permissible and befitting for a true believer that he might kill a believer except unintentionally and mistakenly.
•Take note; Were a believer killed a believer by negligence-mistake: thereat, the requital obligation is to set free a believing Bondwoman-Serf-Servant;
•And blood-money; delivery characterized by exactitude as was declared acceptable, is to be delivered to his: murdered person's family. It is mandatory except that they might remit of their own choice.
•Further note; If the murdered belonged to enemy nation but was a believer: the obligation incumbent upon the slayer is to set free a believing Bondman-Serf-Servant.
•And if the person murdered by mistake belonged to a nation-community with whom there is a mutual treaty between you people and them: The obligation is to submit redemption money in full without deformity; what was agreed is to be paid to his family. And to set free a believing Bondwoman-Serf-Servant.
•Sequel to this ordinance; He who does not possess this to redeem his mistake then continuous fasting during two successive months is prescribed by Allah the Exalted for absolving and pardon.
•Know it: Allah the Exalted is eternally the All Knower and the Wise: Knower of invisible-secreted-infolded. [4:92]

وَمَن يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنٙا مُّتَعَمِّدٙا

فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ جَهَنَّـمُ خَٟلِدٙا فِيـهَا

وَغَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُۥ

وَأَعَدَّ لَهُۥ عَذَابٙا عَظِيـمٙا .4:93٩٣

•Be aware about him who self consciously, purposefully and intentional committed murder of a believer:
•Thereat the requital of his crime is the Hell Prison wherein he will be entered perpetually;
•And he has become liable to criminal cognizance-arrest by Allah and He the Exalted has condemned and discarded him.
•And He the Exalted has prepared for him a great torment. [4:93]

يَـٰٓأَيُّـهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟

إِذَا ضَرَبْتُـمْ فِـى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَتَبَيَّنُوا۟

وَلَا تَقُولُوا۟ لِمَنْ أَ لْقَىٰٓ إِلَيْكُـمُ ٱلسَّلَٟمَ لَسْتَ مُؤْمِنٙا

تَبْتَغُونَ عَـرَضَ ٱلْحَيَٟوةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا فَعِنْدَ ٱللَّهِ مَغَانِـمُ كَثِيـرَةٚۚ

كَذَٟلِكَ كُنتُـم مِّن قَبْلُ فَمَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْكُـمْ فَتَبَيَّنُوا۟

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيـرٙا .4:94٩٤

•O those-you, who consciously proclaim to have accepted-become believers, listen;
•In case you got out of your houses transiting in the cause of Allah the Exalted; thereat you people self discriminate and distinguish between non believer and a believer.
•And you people should not say to a person who presented to you peace-salutation: "You are not a believer", in consideration of apparent-immediate worldly gain.
•Therefore, remember that plenteous gains are by the Grace of Allah the Exalted.
•Likewise were you formerly; thereby, Allah the Exalted conferred beneficence/indebtedness upon you.Therefore, you people self discriminate and distinguish.
•Undoubtedly, Allah the Exalted is always aware of the acts you people perform. [4:94]

لَّا يَسْتَوِى ٱلْقَٟعِدُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِيـنَ غَيْـرُ أُو۟لِـى ٱلضَّرَرِ

وَٱلْمُجَٟهِدُونَ فِـى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ بِأَمْوَٟلِـهِـمْ وَأَنفُسِهِـمْۚ

فَضَّلَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُجَٟهِدِينَ بِأَمْوَٟلِـهِـمْ وَأَنفُسِهِـمْ عَلَـى ٱلْقَٟعِدِينَ دَرَجَةٙۚ

وَكُلّٙا وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰۚ

وَفَضَّلَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُجَٟهِدِينَ عَلَـى ٱلْقَٟعِدِينَ أَجْرٙا عَظِيمٙا .4:95٩٥

•From amongst the believers the lethargic-Home Sitter; other than those suffering some inability-impracticability to struggle, 
•And those who struggle-endeavour strenuously with their wealth and physically in the cause of Allah the Exalted are not mutually comparable.
•Allah the Exalted has granted distinction to Strugglers-Endeavourers of strenuous effort with their wealth and physical selves over those who stay back at homes; this distinction is in upper rank and position.
•Though Allah the Exalted has promised the most appropriate-proportionate reward for all others.
•And Allah the Exalted has granted distinct grace to the Strugglers-Endeavourers over lethargic-Home Sitter believers; a great Reward and appreciation. [4:95]

دَرَجَٟتٛ مِّنْهُ وَمَغْفِرَةٙ وَرَحْـمَةٙۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٙا رَّحِـيـمٙا .4:96٩٦

•Ranks of elevation [according to deeds performed-6:132;46:19] are assigned; and forgiveness and  Mercy-Bounty is granted by Him the Exalted.
•Know it; Allah the Exalted is repeatedly Overlooking-Forgiving, the Merciful. [4:96]

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ تَوَفَّٟهُـمُ ٱلْمَلَٟٓئِكَـةُ ظَالِمِىٓ أَنفُسِهِـمْ قَالُوا۟ فِيـمَ كُنتُـمْۖ

قَالُوا۟ كُنَّا مُسْتَضْعَفِيـنَ فِـى ٱلۡأَرْضِۚ

قَالْوٓا۟ أَ لَمْ تَكُنْ أَرْضُ ٱللَّهِ وَٟسِعَةٙ فَتُـهَاجِرُوا۟ فِيـهَاۚ

فَأُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ مَأْوَىٰـهُـمْ جَهَنَّـمُۖ

وَسَآءَتْ مَصِيـرٙا .4:97٩٧

•Know it; The Angels efficiently and diligently segregated those who wronged and did injustice to their selves. Angels asked them: "In what circumstances were you people?"
•They replied: "We were oppressed and weakened in the Earth-Land."
•The Angels rebuked: "Was not the Earth of Allah the Exalted vast enough that you people could have migrated therein?"
•Thereby, they the segregated people are whose abode is Hell-Prison.
•And she is a wretched destination of journey.  [4:97]

إِلَّا ٱلْمُسْتَضْعَفِيـنَ مِنَ ٱلـرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلْوِلْدَٟنِ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةٙ وَلَا يَـهْتَدُونَ سَبِيلٙا .4:98٩٨

•Exception for not migrating is for such oppressed and subjugated person amongst men, and women and youngster who despite efforts do not find a source-capability-practicability and nor they self find a way to go. [4:98]

فَأُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ عَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن يَعْفُوَ عَنْـهُـمْۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَفُوّٙا غَفُورٙا .4:99٩٩

•Thereby, they are the people hoping that Allah the Exalted might overlook and pardon them.
•Take note; Allah the Exalted is ever pardoning-remitting and forgiving. [4:99]

وَمَن يُـهَاجِرْ فِـى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ يَجِدْ فِـى ٱلۡأَرْضِ مُرَٟغَمٙا كَثِيـرٙا وَسَعَةٙۚ

وَمَن يَخْرُجْ مِنۢ بَيْتِهِۦ مُهَاجِرٙا إِلَـى ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ

ثُـمَّ يُدْرِكْهُ ٱلْمَوْتُ فَقَدْ وَقَعَ أَجْـرُهُۥ عَلـىَ ٱللَّهِۗ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٙا رَّحِيمٙا .4:100١٠٠

•Know it; If someone migrates in the cause of Allah the Exalted he will certainly find in the Earth many escaping places, quite open and wide.
•And if someone get out of his house as migrant towards Allah the Exalted and His Messenger:
•Thereafter on lapsing time after departing, the natural death follows and catches him; thereat, his reward has certainly become due and obligatory upon Allah the Exalted.
•Know it; Allah the Exalted is repeatedly Overlooking/Forgiving, the Merciful. [4:100]

وَإِذَا ضَرَبْتُـمْ فِـى ٱلۡأَرْضِ

فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُـمْ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَقْصُرُوا۟ مِنََ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ

إِنْ خِفْتُـمْ أَن يَفْتِنَكُـمُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَـرُوٓا۟ۚ

إِنَّ ٱلْـكَـٟفِرِينَ كَانُوا۟۟ لَـكُـمْ عَدُوّٙا مُّبِينٙا .4:101١٠١

•Take note; When you have moved outdoors transiting in the Earth:
•Thereat, in such circumstances no contraction-objection lies against you that you might shorten a segment ofprotocol of Ass-sa'laat: Time Bound Formal Rite of Servitude and allegiance.
•This relaxation is in case should you apprehend that they the non-believers might create some disturbance-irksome situation.
•Fact remains; Non-Believers have all along been manifestly hostile for you people. [4:101]

وَإِذَا كُنتَ فِيـهِـمْ فَأَقَمْتَ لَـهُـمُ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ

فَلْتَقُمْ طَـآئِفَةٚ مِّنْـهُـم مَّعَكَ وَلْيَأْخُذُوٓا۟ أَسْلِحَتَـهُـمْ

فَإِذَا سَجَدُوا۟ فَلْيَكُونُوا۟ مِن وَرَآئِكُـمْ

وَلْتَأْتِ طَـآئِفَةٌ أُخْـرَىٰ لَمْ يُصَلُّوا۟ فَلْيُصَلُّوا۟ مَعَكَ

وَلْيَأْخُذُوا۟ حِذْرَهُـمْ وَأَسْلِحَتَـهُـمْۗ

وَدَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَـرُوا۟ لَوْ تَغْفُلُونَ عَنْ أَسْلِحَتِكُـمْ وَأَمْتِعَتِكُـمْ فَيَـمِيلُونَ عَلَيْكُـم مَّيْلَةٙ وَٟحِدَةٙۚ

وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُـمْ إِن كَانَ بِكُـمْ أَذٙى مِّن مَّطَرٛ أَوْ كُنتُـم مَّرْضَىٰٓ أَن تَضَعُوٓا۟ أَسْلِحَتَكُـمْۚ

وَخُذُوا۟ حِذْرَكُمْۗ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَعَدَّ لِلْـكَـٟفِرِينَ عَذَابٙا مُّهِينٙا .4:102١٠٢

•Take note; If you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] happened to be amongst them; whereby upon reaching scheduled time you have established Ass-sa'laat: Time Bound Protocol of Servitude and allegiancefor them:
•Thereat, for security reasons in war conditions a group of them should stand along with you; and they should retain and carry along their weapons;
•Subsequent to they having prostrated; the first group should move away on behind and the other group which had not participated in Ass-sa'laat should join Ass-sa'laat with you.
•And they should retain their protections-armor and their weapons.
•This advice for retaining armor and weapons is for reason that the deniers-Non believers wished that somehow you people might become careless of your weapons and other wherewithal whereby they might assault you; a single sudden assault.
•However, nothing is objectionable for you if you put off your weapons for reason of discomfort because of rain or you being sick;
•But retain your protections-armor.
•Remain aware; Allah the Exalted has prepared for persistently denying people a humbling chastisement, one of humiliation. [4:102]

فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُـمُ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ فَٱذْكُرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ قِيَٟمٙا وَقُعُودٙا وَعَلَـىٰ جُنُوبِكُـمْۚ

فَإِذَا ٱطْمَأْنَنتُـمْ فَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَۚ

إِنَّ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ كَانَتْ عَلَـى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِيـنَ كِتَٟبٙا مَّوْقُوتٙا .4:103١٠٣

•Thereat when you have finished the congregational Ass-sa'laat: the Protocol of Servitude and Allegiance; thereat you people remember Allah the Exalted all the time while standing and sitting and when you are lying-reclining on your sides.
•Subject to and consequent upon you getting assured of safety and security: Maintain and organize Ass-sa'laat in regular manner, unlike of the battle field.
•The fact about Ass-sa'laat: It has remained prescribed and mandatory for the true believers, characteristically time-bound; scheduled event. [4:103]

وَلَا تَـهِنُوا۟ فِـى ٱبْتِغَآءِ ٱلْقَوْمِۖ

إِن تَكُونُوا۟ تَأْ لَمُونَ فَإِنَّـهُـمْ يَأْلَمُونَ كَمَا تَأْ لَمونَۖ

وَتَرْجُونَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَرْجُونَۗ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلِيـمٙا حَكِيـمٙا .4:104١٠٤

•Take note: You people should not slack in pursuing the preparedness of the enemy nation.
•Should you people feel hardship for war-preparedness, then understandably they also feel the same hardship as you people feel hardship.
•And you are in advantageous position as you have hope of help-assistance coming from Allah the Exalted while they do not hope as such.
•Know it: Allah the Exalted is eternally the All Knower and the Wise: Knower of invisible-secreted-infolded.[4:104]

إِنَّـآ أَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ ٱلْـكِـتَٟبَ بِٱلْحَقِّ

لِتَحْكُـمَ بَيْـنَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِمَآ أَرَىٰكَ ٱللَّهُۚ

وَلَا تَكُنْ لِّلْخَآئِنِيـنَ خَصِيمٙا .4:105١٠٥

•Indeed Our Majesty has compositely sent to you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] the Book: Grand Qur'aan; the composition of Infallible Doctrine-Discourse-Constitution:
•For your adjudging between people in accordance with that which Allah the Exalted has shown you: made evidently manifest for you.
•And you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] should not advocate for those who betray- break the promises-covenant. [4:105]

وَٱسْتَغْفِرِ ٱللَّهَۖ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورٙا رَّحِـيـمٙا .4:106١٠٦

•However, you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] seek forgiveness of Allah the Exalted for those who come to you repenting and believers in general [3:159;4:64;47:19;60:12;63:05]
•It is a fact that Allah the Exalted is repeatedly Overlooking/Forgiving, the Merciful. [4:106]

وَلَا تُجَٟدِلْ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخْتَانُونَ أَنفُسَهُـمْۚ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ خَوَّانٙا أَثِيمٙا .4:107١٠٧

•But you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] should not contend for those who betray their own selves;
•You know indeed Allah the Exalted does not appreciate and approve him who is a perfidious sinner. [4:107]

يَسْتَخْفُونَ مِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَا يَسْتَخْفُونَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ

وَهُوَ مَعَهُـمْ إِذْ يُبَيِّتُونَ مَا لَا يَرْضَىٰ مِنَ ٱلْقَوْلِۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ مُحِيطٙا .4:108١٠٨

•They; for whom you are advised not to contend, hide-secrete from people. But they can not secrete from Allah the Exalted:
•Since He the Exalted is with them when they structure-fabricate-whisper such statement contrary to what they heard from you the Messenger [4:81]; an activity which He does not like and approve;
•Know it; Allah the Exalted always encompasses all acts that they do. [4:108]

هَٟٓأَنتُـمْ هَٟٓـؤُلَآءِ جَٟدَلْتُـمْ عَنْـهُـمْ فِـى ٱلْحَيَٟوةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا

فَمَن يُجَٟدِلُ ٱللَّهَ عَنْـهُـمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٟمَةِ أَم مَّن يَكُونُ عَلَيْـهِـمْ وَكِيلٙا .4:109١٠٩

•Take note of Allah's advice to the Messenger; Ah! There you are that you contended-contested on their behalf in this worldly life.
•Thereby the Messenger having been advised not to do so; Who will contest and advocate for them on the Day of Rising; or who will act for them as lawyer-disposer of affair?  [4:109]

وَمَن يَعْمَلْ سُوٓءٙا أَوْ يَظْلِمْ نَفْسَهُۥ ثُـمَّ يَسْتَغْفِرِ ٱللَّهَ

يَجِدِ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٙا رَّحِيمٙا .4:110١١٠

•Know it; Whoever commits a sinful act; or wrongs his self:  Where after should he diligently seek forgiveness of Allah the Exalted:
•Surely he would find Allah the Exalted as oft overlooking-ignoring, forgiving mercifully. [4:110]

وَمَن يَكْسِبْ إِثْمٙا فَإِنَّمَا يَكْسِبُهُۥ عَلَـىٰ نَفْسِهِۦۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٙا حَكِيمٙا .4:111١١١

•Note this fact; whoever earns sinfully: thereby indeed he earns its consequence upon his own self.
•Know it: Allah the Exalted is eternally the All Knower and the Wise: Knower of invisible-secreted-infolded.[4:111]

وَمَن يَكْسِبْ خَطِيٓئَةٙ أَوْ إِثْمٙا

ثُـمَّ يَرْمِ بِهِۦ بَرِيٓــٔٙا

فَقَدِ ٱحْتَمَلَ بُـهْتَـٟنٙا وَإِثْمٙا مُّبِينٙا .4:112١١٢

•And if someone earns by way of an omission or sinfully;
•Afterwards he casts its burden upon an innocent:
•Thereby; he has indeed burdened himself with false accusation and a manifest devastating sin. [4:112]

وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْكَ وَرَحْـمَتُهُۥ

لَـهَمَّتْ طَّآئِفَةٚ مِّنْـهُـمْ أَن يُضِلُّوكَ

وَمَا يُضِلُّونَ إِلَّآ أَنفُسَهُـمْۖ

وَمَا يَضُـرُّونَكَ مِن شَـىْءٛۚ

وَأَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ ٱلْـكِـتَٟبَ وَٱلْحِكْمَةَ

وَعَلَّمَكَ مَا لَمْ تَكُن تَعْلَمُۚ

وَكَانَ فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْكَ عَظِيمٙا .4:113١١٣

•And had the Grace of Allah the Exalted and His Mercy not a shield upon you the Messenger[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]:
•Ruling elite of them were liquefied-caught in anxiety in their deep rooted jealousy that they might somehow make you the Messenger neglectful-negligent;
• But in fact none they make negligent except their own selves.
•And to you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] they cannot do any worth mentioning harm of any sort.
•And Allah the Exalted has since compositely sent upon you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam], the Book: Qur'aan and the Wisdom-information/knowledge about invisible-secreted-infolded matter and pearls of wisdom disclosed in its Aa'ya'aat: Verbal Passages of Qur'aan-[17:39],
•And He the Exalted has made you the knowledgeable about that information which hitherto you did not have.
•And fact remains that the grace of Allah the Exalted has always been upon you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] in the greatest measure. [4:113]

لَّا خَيْـرَ فِـى كَثِيـرٛ مِّن نَّجْوَىٰـهُـمْ

إِلَّا مَنْ أَمَـرَ بِصَدَقَةٛ أَوْ مَعْـرُوفٛ أَوْ إِصْلَٟحِۭ بَيْـنَ ٱلنَّاسِۚ

وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَٟلِكَ ٱبْتِغَآءَ مَـرْضَاتِ ٱللَّهِ

فَسَوْفَ نُؤْتِيهِ أَجْرٙا عَظِيمٙا .4:114١١٤

•There is not at all befitting-beneficial embedded in most of talk in their private conversations.
•Exception is private talk of him who advised-enjoined to affectionately donate for needy; or to act according to accepted social norms; or for striking compromise-equation amongst people.
•And should someone do this diligently solely for seeking the pleasure-approval-appreciation of Allah the Exalted:
•Appreciating it, We will soon pay him a great reward. [4:114]

وَمَن يُشَاقِقِ ٱلرَّسُولَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّـنَ لَهُ ٱلْـهُـدَىٰ

وَيَتَّبِــعْ غَيْـرَ سَبِيلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِيـنَ

نُوَلِّهِۦ مَا تَوَلَّـىٰ وَنُصْلِهِۦ جَهَنَّـمَۖ

وَسَآءَتْ مَصِيـرٙا .4:115١١٥

•And if someone disunites-disserts-opposes the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] in times after that which Al-huda (the Qur'aan) has made explicitly manifest for him;
•And should he literally follow the path other than that of the true Believers:
•We would let him remain associated to that company which he by will and understanding has since turned-joined; and We would force him enter the Hell-Prison.
•And she is a wretched destination of journey.[4:115]

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَغْفِرُ أَن يُشْـرَكَ بِهِۦ وَيَغْفِرُ مَا دُونَ ذَٟلِكَ لِمَن يَشَآءُۚ

وَمَن يُشْـرِكْ بِٱللَّهِ

فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَـٰلَاۢ بَعِيدٙا .4:116١١٦

•Remain cognizant; Allah the Exalted will not forgive that He might be ascribed and associated with partners. And He the Exalted will forgive offences other than this in respect of a person about whom He so decides.
•Take note; if someone ascribes and associates partners with Allah the exalted:
•Thereat, he certainly perished-lost himself to the far destructive end of neglectfulness. [4:116]

إِن يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ إِنَـٟثٙا

وَإِن يَدْعُونَ إِلَّا شَيْطَٟنٙا مَّرِيدٙا .4:117١١٧

•Note the depth of their neglectfulness; That besides Allah the Exalted they call upon none but feminine named deities;
•And that they habitually call none but Shai'taan who is permanently void of any good. [4:117]

لَّعَنَهُ ٱللَّهُۘ

وَقَالَ لَأَتَّخِذَنَّ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ نَصِيبٙا مَّفْرُوضٙا .4:118١١٨

•The characteristic feature of him: Allah the Exalted has discarded-cursed-condemned him.
•Whereat he had said swearing: "Indeed I will diligently seize a share cut and disintegrated from the servants of You the Exalted; [4:118]

وَلَأُضِلَّنَّـهُـمْ وَلَأُمَنِّيَنَّـهُـمْ

وَلَءَامُرَنَّـهُـمْ فَلَيُبَتِّكُنَّ ءَاذَانَ ٱلْأَنْعَٟمِ

وَلَءَاَمُرَنَّـهُـمْ فَلَيُغَيِّـرُنَّ خَلْقَ ٱللَّهِۚ

وَمَن يَتَّخِذِ ٱلشَّيْطَٟنَ وَلِيّٙا مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَقَدْ خَسِـرَ خُسْـرَانٙا مُّبِينٙا .4:119١١٩

•And I will certainly put in great effort to make them deeply forgetful-neglectful; [How, what is the technique/strategy?] and I will indeed fascinate them with repetitively pronounced alluring conjectural hopes and desires
•Moreover, surely I will advise them whereby they will thenceforth indulge in notching-cutting the ears of the Mammals.
•Additionally, surely I will bid them whereupon they will certainly make alterations in the creation of Allah the Exalted".
•Know it that whoever purposely adopted Shai'taan as his companion-patron-guardian apart from Allah the Exalted, thereby, he has suffered a manifestly evident loss. [4:119]

يَعِدُهُـمْ وَيُمَنِّيـهِـمْۖ

وَمَا يَعِدُهُـمُ ٱلشَّيْطَٟنُ إِلَّا غُـرُورٙا .4:120١٢٠

•[Be cautioned, Satan's strategy/modus operandi is] He gives them promises and fascinates them with widely spread alluring conjectural hopes and desires.
•Be mindful; Shati'aan promises them but solely for the objective of deception. [4:120]

أُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ مَأْوَىـٰهُـمْ جَهَنَّـمُ

وَلَا يَجِدُونَ عَنْـهَا مَحِيصٙا .4:121١٢١

•They are the people: their abode is Hell-Prison.
•And they will never find a retiring place to get away from her: Hell-Prison. [4:121]

وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٟلِحَـٟتِ سَنُدْخِلُـهُـمْ

جَنَّٟتٛ تَجْـرِى مِن تَحْتِـهَا ٱلۡأََنْـهَٟرُ خَٟلِدِينَ فِيـهَآ أَبَدٙاۖ

وَعْدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقّٙاۚ

وَمَنْ أَصْدَقُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ قِيلٙا .4:122١٢٢

•And regards those who heartily accepted-believed and conducted moderately in accordance with the Book: We will soon enter them into:
•Gardens; canals of water flow by their side; the characteristic feature of those gardens. They will reside therein indefinitely.
•This pronouncement is the promise of Allah the Exalted, a self imposed obligation as truthful as fulfilled.
•And who could be truer than Allah the Exalted; truer in fulfilling promise-word? [4:122]

لَّيْسَ بِأَمَانِيِّـكُـمْ وَلَآ أَمَانِـىِّ أَهْلِ ٱلْـكِـتَٟبِۗ

مَن يَعْمَلْ سُوٓءٙا يُجْـزَ بِهِۦ

وَلَا يَجِدْ لَهُۥ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِيّٙا وَلَا نَصِيـرٙا .4:123١٢٣

•The Word-Decision of Allah the Exalted is neither influenced by desires and conjectural wishful myths of you nor by the desires and conjectural wishful myths made popular by the people of Book.
•Whoever acts in evil manner he will be requited accordingly.
•And he will not find for himself other than Allah the Exalted to act as patron-guardian nor as provider of help. [4:123]

وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِنَ ٱلصَّٟلِحَٟتِ مِن ذَكَرٛ أَوْ أُنثَىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٚ

فَأُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ يَدْخُلُونَ ٱلْجَنَّةَ

وَلَا يُظْلَمُونَ نَقِيـرٙا .4:124١٢٤

•And whoever, whether be a male or a female, acted and performed some deeds of righteous-moderate import provided he or she is a true believer:
•Thereby, they being believer and doer of good deeds are the people who will enter the Paradise.
•And they will not meet injustice even as small and insignificant as spot on date-stone slit. [4:124]

وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ دِينٙا مِمَّنْ أَسْلَمَ وَجْهَهُۥ لِلَّهِ وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٚ

واتَّبَعَ مِلَّةَ إِبْرَٟهِيـمَ حَنِيفٙاۗ

وَٱتَّخَذَ ٱللَّهُ إِبْرَٟهِيـمَ خَلِيلٙا .4:125١٢٥

•And reflect; Who could be more moderate and balanced: physical conduct wise, than him who has surrendered and harmonized his free will - face for Allah the Exalted; and he is an endeavourer of striking equilibrium-truth-virtue and avoider of spreading distortions-conjectural myths;
•And he incessantly followed in letter and spirit the prescribed procedure of community of Iebra'heim علیہ السلام, [Allah's chosen Deen of Islam] Iebra'heim was ever Sincere and upright staunch monotheist believer and Muslim in conduct.
•Be aware; Allah the Exalted has adopted-chosen Iebra'heim [علیہ السلام] for mutual friendly relation. [4:125]

وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِـى ٱلسَّمَٟوَٟتِ وَمَا فِـى ٱلۡأَرْضِۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَـىْءٛ مُّحِيطٙا .4:126١٢٦

• Take note; Whatever exists in the Skies and whatever exists in the Earth celebrates the praises for Allah the Exalted.
•Be on guard; Allah the Exalted is All-encompassing observer about everything. [4:126] 

وَيَسْتَفْتُونَكَ فِـى ٱلنِّسَآ ءِۖ

قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُـمْ فِيـهِنَّ وَمَا يُتْلَـىٰ عَلَيْكُـمْ فِـى ٱلْـكِـتَٟبِ

فِـى يَتَٟمَى ٱلنِّسَآءِ ٱلَّٟتِـى لَا تُؤْتُونَـهُنَّ مَا كُتِبَ لَـهُنَّ وَتَرْغَبُونَ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ

وَٱلْمُسْتَضْعَفِيـنَ مِنَ ٱلْوِلْدَٟنِ وَأَن تَقُومُوا۟ لِلْيَتَٟمَىٰ بِٱلْقِسْطِۚ

وَمَا تَفْعَلُوا۟ مِنْ خَيْـرٛ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِهِۦ عَلِيمٙا .4:127١٢٧


•And they seek of you the Messenger your personal jurisprudential ruling about certain women.
•You tell them: "Not me but Allah the Exalted, by that which is mentioned to you word by word of the Book-Qur'aan, gives you the legal ruling regarding the Father-Orphaned Lonely Women.
•These Father-Orphaned Lonely Women are those whom you do not give what is ordained in writing for them [4:11]. And you aspire that you might take them in matrimonial Bond to retain what is due-written for them.
•And it: Qur'aan gives you the verdict about weak young children; and that you people might stand for the interests and rights of the father-orphans with equity and justice". [how to conduct and stand for orphans see 2:220;4:02,06,10;6:152;17:34]
•And whatever should you people initiate performing deeds of better import: remain mindful that Allah the Exalted is certainly aware of it being omnipresent and always watching the affairs. [4:127]

وَإِنِ ٱمْرَأَ ةٌ خَافَتْ مِنۢ بَعْلِـهَا نُشُوزٙا أَوْ إِعْـرَاضٙا

فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْـهِمَآ أَن يُصْلِحَا بَيْنَـهُمَا صُلْحٙاۚ

وَٱلصُّلْحُ خَيْـرٚۗ

وَأُحْضِرَتِ ٱلۡأَنفُسُ ٱلشُّحَّۚ

وَإِن تُحْسِنُوا۟ وَتَتَّقُوا۟

فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيـرٙا .4:128١٢٨

•Take note; If there were a wife who feared-anticipated discordant conduct or "indifference-avoidance" by her husband:
•Thereat, nothing at all objectionable is blemished upon them both that they might mutually reconcile the [financial] matter between them; a perfect sincere reconciliation.
•Remember; reconciliation is always a better thing.
•And the person's self gets tempted to covetousness-selfishness.
•Remain cautioned; if you people maintain a balanced and moderate approach and remain mindful and heedful avoiding un-restrained conduct:
•It is far better for you since Allah the Exalted is certainly always aware of the acts you people perform.[4:128]

وَلَن تَسْتَطِيعُوٓا۟ أَن تَعْدِلُوا۟ بَيْـنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتُـمْۖ

فَلَا تَمِيلُوا۟ كُلَّ ٱلْمَيْلِ فَتَذَرُوهَا كَٱلْمُعَلَّقَةِۚ

وَإِن تُصْلِحُوا۟ وَتَتَّقُوا۟

فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورٙا رَّحِيمٙا .4:129١٢٩

•However know it: You people would not be able to attain a capability to maintain absolute justice between your wives even if you had vehemently wished it.
•Therefore, for reason of this natural fact and to remain near to justice: You people should not turn away, an altogether turning, whereby you leave her-one wife in the manner as flesh separated from bone making her like something suspended-hanging.
•And should you people reconcile-make things balanced and perfect; and should you remain cautious and heedful avoiding un-restrained conduct:
•Thereby, Allah the Exalted is certainly repeatedly Overlooking-Forgiving, the Merciful. [4:129]

وَإِن يَتَفَرَّقَا يُغْنِ ٱللَّهُ كُلّٙا مِّن سَعَتِهِۦۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ وَٟسِعٙا حَكِيمٙا .4:130١٣٠

•However, should they two: the married couple decide to dissolve the Bondage: separation due to divorce either by husband's desire or on demand-payment by wife; Allah the Exalted would compensate-set free from dependence each of them out of His infinite resources.
•Remain hopeful; Allah the Exalted is eternally beyond bounds and limits-Expander of vastnesses. He is the Wise; the Knower of all evident and hidden-infolded-secreted. [4:130]

وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِـى ٱلسَّمَٟوَٟتِ وَمَا فِـى ٱلۡأَرْضِۗ

وَلَقَدْ وَصَّيْنَا ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْـكِـتَٟبَ مِن قَبْلـِكُـمْ وَإِيَّاكُمْ أَنِ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَۚ

وَإِن تَكْفُرُوا۟

فَإِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا فِـى ٱلسَّمَٟوَٟتِ وَمَا فِـى ٱلۡأَرْضِۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَنِيّٙا حَـمِيدٙا .4:131١٣١

•Take note; whatever exists in the Skies and whatever exists in the Earth celebrates the praises for Allah the Exalted.
•Be mindful; We had ordained for them whom Book was given before you; and have ordained specifically for you people: Always sincerely endeavour to attain the protection from Allah the Exalted.
•However, should you people override the ordainment:
•[It is for your free will] Then know it that whatever exists in the Skies and whatever exists in the Earth is the domain for, and celebrates the praises for Allah the Exalted
•Realize it; Allah the Exalted is eternally the Absolutely Independent, eternally the focus of Glory and Praise.[4:131]

وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِـى ٱلسَّمَٟوَٟتِ وَمَا فِـى ٱلۡأَرْضِۚ

وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلٙا .4:132١٣٢

•Take note; whatever exists in the Skies and whatever exists in the Earth celebrates the praises for Allah the Exalted.
•And Allah the Exalted suffices as the Guardian-Protector-Disposer of Affairs. [4:132]

إِن يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُـمْ أَيُّـهَا ٱلنَّاسُ وَيَأْتِ بِـٔ​َاخَرِينَۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَـىٰ ذَٟلِكَ قَدِيرٙا .4:133١٣٣

•Should Allah the Exalted so decide He would annihilate you, O you the people heed; and would bring others to limelight.
•Be cognizant; Allah the Exalted has eternally the power for doing this. [4:133]

مَّن كَانَ يُرِيدُ ثَوَابَ ٱلدُّنْيَا فَعِندَ ٱللَّهِ ثَوَابُ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلۡءَاخِـرَةِۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ سَـمِيعَاۢ بَصِيـرٙا .4:134١٣٤

•Should there be someone who is desirous and seeks the worldly return: He should know that the worldly gain and gain of the Hereafter both are the grant by Allah the Exalted.
•Know it; Allah the Exalted is ever listener and observer. [4:134]

يَـٰٓأَيُّـهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟

كُونُوا۟ قَوَّٟمِيـنَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ شُهَدَآءَ لِلَّهِ

وَلَوْ عَلَـىٰٓ أَنفُسِكُـمْ أَوِ ٱلْوَٟلِدَيْنِ وَٱلۡأَقْرَبِيـنَۚ

إِن يَكُنْ غَنِيّٙا أَوْ فَقِيـرٙا فَٱللَّهُ أَوْلَـىٰ بِـهِـمَاۖ

فَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا۟ ٱلْـهَوَىٰٓ أَن تَعْدِلُوا۟ۚ

وَإِن تَلْوُۥٓا۟ أَوْ تُعْـرِضُوا۟

فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيـرٙا .4:135١٣٥

•O those/you who proclaim to have accepted-become believers, listen;
•You are hereby directed to act as determined protectors who stand for dispensation of justice on the principle of equity by becoming witness to record testimony without favour and fear for seeking the approval of Allah the Exalted:
•Do it even if the testimony negatively affects your selves; or your parents; or your near ones.
•Should the effected person be self sufficient-self reliant-rich; or he be a dependent-poor: It must not be cared since Allah the Exalted is more preferable than they two.
•Thereby, you people should not purposely act pursuing emotions - conjecture-hearsay that you might decline the truth.
•However, should you people distort and twist your testimony; or purposely refrain from recording testimony being witness:
•Thereat be warned: Allah the Exalted is certainly always aware of the acts you people perform. [4:135]

يَـٰٓأَيُّـهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟

ءَامِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ

وَٱلْـكِـتَٟبِ ٱلَّذِى نَزَّلَ عَلَـىٰ رَسُولِهِۦ

وَٱلْـكِـتَٟبِ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ مِن قَبْلُۚ

وَمَن يَكْـفُـرْ بِٱللَّهِ وَمَلٟٓئِكَـتِهِۦ وَكُتُبِهِۦ وَرُسُلِهِۦ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلۡءَاخِـرِ

فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَـٰلَاۢ بَعِيدٙا .4:136١٣٦

•O those/you who proclaim to have accepted-become believers, listen;
•Incline yourselves to heartily believe in Allah the Exalted and the Messenger of Him; Muhammad[Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam];
•And in the Book having peculiarity that He the Exalted has gradually sent it upon His Messenger,Muhammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam];
•And in the Book whose peculiarity is that He the Exalted had compositely sent in timeline before it: Qur'aan[In'jeel to Easa علیہ السلام People from amongst the Jews on becoming believer are also required to accept and believe in In'jeel which was sent and has been affirmed by Grand Qur'aan]
•Take note; Should someone refuse to believe in Allah the Exalted; and His Angels; and all the Books and all the Messengers of Him; and the Last Day:
•Thereat, he certainly perished-lost himself to the far destructive end of neglectfulness. [4:136]

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ثُـمَّ كَفَـرُوا۟ ثُـمَّ ءَامَنُوا۟ ثُـمَّ كَفَـرُوا۟ ثُـمَّ ٱزْدَادُوا۟ كُفْرٙا

لَّمْ يَكُنِ ٱللَّهُ لِيَغْفِرَ لَـهُـمْ وَلَا لِيَـهْدِيَـهُـمْ سَبِيلَاۢ .4:137١٣٧

•Be informed about those who declared to have accepted-believed; after a lapse of time they declined; thereafter some lapse of time they again declared to have believed; afterwards by a passage of time they again declined; afterwards they enhanced/entrenched in the state of denial:
•Allah the Exalted will not consider it appropriate that He might forgive them nor that He might guide them on the path. [4:137]

بَشِّـرِ ٱلْمُنَٟفِقِيـنَ بِأَنَّ لَـهُـمْ عَذَابٙا أَلِيمٙا .4:138١٣٨

ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ ٱلْـكَـٟفِرِينَ أَوْلِيَآءَ مِن دُونِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِيـنَۚ

أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُـمُ ٱلْعِزَّةَ

فَإِنَّ ٱلعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَـمِيعٙا .4:139١٣٩

•You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce the glad tidings for the Muna'fi'qeen: imposter believers this news: A severe punishment is prepared and is in wait for them. [4:138]
•The peculiar characteristic of  Muna'fi'qeen is they adopt the non-believers as their protectors-patrons-confidants instead of the believers.
•Do they search and seek from them the dominance-protection-strength?
•If so what a futile desire; the fact remains that the dominance is the privilege exclusively for Allah the Exalted; altogether in absolute sense. [4:139]

وَقَدْ نَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُـمْ فِـى ٱلْـكِـتَٟبِ

أَنْ إِذَا سَـمِعْتُـمْ ءَايَٟتِ ٱللَّهِ يُكْفَرُ بِـهَا وَيُسْتَـهْزَأُ بِـهَا

فَلَا تَقْعُدُوا۟ مَعَهُـمْ حَـتَّىٰ يَخُوضُوا۟ فِـى حَدِيثٛ غَيْـرِهِۦٓۚ

إِنَّكُـمْ إِذٙا مِّثْلُـهُـمْۗ

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ جَامِعُ ٱلْمُنَٟفِقِيـنَ وَٱلْـكَـٟفِرِينَ فِـى جَهَنَّـمَ جَـمِيعٙا .4:140١٤٠

•Know it; He the Exalted has sent upon you a piece of advice in the Book:
•If and when you people in a company listened that the Aa'ya'at: Verbal Passages of the Book of Allah the Exalted are denied; and are jested and mocked: 
•Thereat, you people should not keep sitting along with them till such time they might start vain discussion about a story; characteristically other than that of the Book: Qur'aan;
•In case you people joined them while they were jestingly and mockingly discussing Aa'ya'at: Verbal passages of the Book then you would apparently-sensually be like them;
•Allah the Exalted will certainly gather in the Hell-Prison all Muna'fi'qeen: the imposter believers who nurture malice against the exalted Messenger; and the deniers-Non-believers, all together. [4:140]

ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَـرَبَّصُونَ بِكُـمْ فَإِن كَانَ لَـكُـمْ فَتْحٚ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ قَالُوٓا۟ أَ لَمْ نَكُن مَّعَكُـمْ

وَإِن كَانَ لِلْـكَـٟفِرِينَ نَصِيبٚ قَالُوٓا۟ أَ لَمْ نَسْتَحْوِذْ عَلَيْكُـمْ وَنَمْنَعْكُـم مِّنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِيـنَۚ

فَٱللَّهُ يَحْكُـمُ بَيْـنَكُـمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٟمَةِۗ

وَلَن يَجْعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لِلْـكَـٟفِرِينَ عَلَـى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِيـنَ سَبِيلٙا .4:141١٤١

•These Muna'fi'qeen sit back and wait for outcome of your matter wishing a calamity end. Thereupon, if the victory is decided for you as grace from Allah the Exalted: They said: "Were we not siding with you?"
•And if the non-believers had the luck; they said to them: "Did we purposely not restrain ourselves gaining control upon you and did we not make you impenetrable from the Believers? 
•Thereby for dispensing justice Allah the Exalted will decide between you people on the Day of Rising.
•And Allah the Exalted would not let there be a way for the deniers over the believers. [4:141]

إِنَّ ٱلْمُنَٟفِقِيـنَ يُخَٟدِعُونَ ٱللَّهَ

وَهُوَ خَٟدِعُهُـمْ

وَإِذَا قَامُوٓا۟ إِلَـى ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ قَامُوا۟ كُسَالَـىٰ يُرَآءُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ

وَلَا يَذْكُرُونَ ٱللَّهَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٙا .4:142١٤٢

•Indeed the Muna'fi'qeen: Imposter Believers seek by contrary to fact verbal proclamation to beguile Allah the Exalted;
•While the fact is that He the Exalted just outwits them by let them engulfed in their deceptive perception by leaving them as discarded/condemned.
•And when they get up to join the Ass-sa'laat congregation they stand reluctantly and irritant with heavy heart. They just stand for feigning to people that they are believers.
•And they do not remember Allah the Exalted except occasionally. [4:142]

مُّذَبْذَبِيـنَ بَيْـنَ ذَٟلِكَ لَآ إِلَـىٰ هَٟٓـؤُلَآءِ وَلَآ إِلَـىٰ هَٟٓـؤُلَآءِۚ

وَمَن يُضْلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُۥ سَبِيلٙا .4:143١٤٣

•They the Muna'fi'qeen: Imposter believers are wavering-hanging in between; neither they are sincerely on this side nor are they on the other side.
•Take note; Should Allah the Exalted discard and expose someone as neglectfully straying: Thereat, you you will never find for him a way out. [4:143]

يَـٰٓأَيُّـهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟

لَا تَتَّخِذُوا۟ ٱلْـكَـٟفِرِينَ أَوْلِيَآءَ مِن دُونِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِيـنَۚ

أَتُرِيدُونَ أَن تَجْعَلُوا۟ لِلَّهِ عَلَيْكُـمْ سُلْطَٟنٙا مُّبِينٙا .4:144١٤٤

•O those/you who proclaim to have accepted-become believers, listen;

•You people should not incline adopting the Deniers of belief as  companions-guardians protectors-godfathers-patrons instead of the Believers.
•Do you people intend-wish that there might be a clear evidence-reason for Allah the Exalted for taking cognizance against you? [4:144]

إِنَّ ٱلْمُنَٟفِقِيـنَ فِـى ٱلدَّرْكِ ٱلۡأَسْفَلِ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ

وَلَن تَجِدَ لَـهُـمْ نَصِيـرٙا .4:145١٤٥

•Know the fact; Muna'fi'qeen: the Imposter believers will certainly be placed in the lowest-worst class of the Hell-Prison.
• And you will never find anyone inclined for helping them. [4:145]

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ تَابُوا۟ وَأَصْلَحُوا۟

وَٱعْتَصَمُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ

وَأَخْلَصُوا۟ دِينَـهُـمْ لِلَّهِ

فَأُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ مَعَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِيـنَۖ

وَسَوْفَ يُؤْتِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِيـنَ أَجْرٙا عَظِيمٙا .4:146١٤٦

•Exception shall be for: Those who returned repenting and consciously corrected-mended the direction of conduct-perfected themselves;
•And restrained and restricted themselves with the Book of Allah the Exalted;
•And they purified their Code of Conduct-Way of life sincerely and exclusively for Allah the Exalted:
•Thereby, they are in the company of the true believers.
•Be aware; Allah the Exalted will soon give the true believers reward, the great one. [4:146]

مَّا يَفْعَلُ ٱللَّهُ بِعَذَابِكُـمْ إِن شَكَرْتُـمْ وَءَامَنتُـمْۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ شَاكِرٙا عَلِيمٙا .4:147١٤٧

•Why and what for would Allah the Exalted do with your physical torture if you recognize and appreciate His favours and bounties; and you heartily accepted-believed?
•Remain assured; Allah the Exalted is certainly the Recognizer-appreciatively acknowledger as being eternally All Knowing. [4:147]

لَّا يُحِبُّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْجَهْرَ بِٱلسُّوٓءِ مِنَ ٱلْقَوْلِ إِلَّا مَن ظُلِمَۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ سَـمِيعٙا عَلِيمٙا .4:148١٤٨

•Allah the Exalted does not approve-appreciate the public statements loaded with evil-defamatory: character assassination implications; except outcry by a person who has been wronged.
•And Allah the Exalted is eternally the Listener, the Absolute Knowledgeable; Knower of visible and invisible. [4:148]

إِن تُبْدُوا۟ خَيْـرٙا أَوْ تُخْفُوهُ

أَوْ تَعْفُوا۟ عَن سُوٓءٛ

فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَفُوّٙا قَدِيرٙا .4:149١٤٩

•If you people make public the good deeds;
•Or if you people conceal or remit-overlook the wrong done: Allah the Exalted approves it.
•Get motivated by knowing the fact that Allah the Exalted is eternally the pardoning-remitting proportionately. [4:149]

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَكْـفُـرُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦ

وَيُرِيدُونَ أَن يُفَرِّقُوا۟ بَيْـنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦ

وَيقُولُونَ نُؤْمِنُ بِبَعْضٛ وَنَكْفُرُ بِبَعْضٛ

وَيُرِيدُونَ أَن يَتَّخِذُوا۟ بَيْـنَ ذَٟلِكَ سَبِيلٙا .4:150١٥٠

أُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ هُـمُ ٱلْـكَـٟفِـرُونَ حَقّٙاۚ

وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْـكَـٟفِرِينَ عَذَابٙا مُّهِينٙا .4:151١٥١

•Indeed those people who disavow Allah the Exalted and His Messengers;
•And indeed those who intend parting - division between Allah the Exalted and His Messengers*;
•And indeed those who say: "We believe in someone (Messenger) and we disavow someone.";
•And they intend purposely adopting a path in between it.  [4:150]
•These three types of people are truly those who are the established and proven disavowers - non believers.
•Know it; We have prepared a humbling chastisement, one of humiliation for persistently denying people.[4:151]

وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦ

وَلَمْ يُفَرِّقُوا۟ بَيْـنَ أَحَدٛ مِّنْـهُـمْ

أُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ سَوْفَ يُؤْتِيـهِـمْ أُجُورَهُـمْۗ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٙا رَّحِيمٙا .4:152١٥٢

•And those who heartily believed in Allah the Exalted and His Messengers;
•And they did not castoff-seclude a single one from amongst them - the galaxy of the Messengers:
•They are the people whom He the Exalted will soon pay their reward.
•Be aware; Allah the Exalted is repeatedly Overlooking-Forgiving, the ever Merciful. [4:152]

يَسْـٔ​َلُكَ أَهْلُ ٱلْـكِـتَٟبِ أَن تُنَزِّلَ عَلَيْـهِـمْ كِتَٟبٙا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِۚ

فَقَدْ سَأَ لُوا۟ مُوسَـىٰٓ أَكْبَـرَ مِن ذَٟلِكَ

فَقَالُوٓا۟ أَرِنَا ٱللَّهَ جَهْرَةٙ

فَأَخَذَتْـهُـمُ ٱلصَّٟعِقَةُ بِظُلْمِهِـمْۚ

ثُـمَّ ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ ٱلْعِـجْـلَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا جَآءَتْـهُـمُ ٱلْبَيِّنَـٟتُ

فَعَفَوْنَا عَن ذَٟلِكَۚ

وَءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَـىٰ سُلْطَٟنٙا مُّبِينٙا .4:153١٥٣

•The people of the Book: the Jews ask you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] to cause piecemeal dropping of a book upon them, papers dropping visibly from the Sky. (read with 6:7)
•They are not serious; this is just for escaping deceptive tactic since in the past they have demanded from Mūsā [alai'his'slaam] fulfilling even greater desire.
•In response to demand for accepting a word they had said: "Arrange for us to see Allah the Exalted manifestly with naked eye."
•Thereupon, for reason of their wickedness the thunder storm seized them to death. [This incident is prior to and different from that of earthquake-7:155] [after death they were revived to life 2:56]
•Thereafter, by the passage of time they willfully adopted sculpted golden Calf [as iela'aha deliberately ignoring the advice of Haroon علیہ السلام] despite the fact that evidently unprecedented [miraculous] displays-Signs had already reached-observed by them.
•For they accepted guilt and repented seeking forgiveness; We overlooked-pardoned this act.
•And We had given to Mūsā [alai'his'slaam] the authoritative argument that made matter evident and distinct.[4:153]

وَرَفَعْنَا فَوْقَهُـمُ ٱلطُّورَ بِمِيثَٟقِهِـمْ

وَقُلْنَا لَـهُـمُ ٱدْخُلُوا۟ ٱلْبَابَ سُجَّدٙا

وَقُلْنَا لَـهُـمْ لَا تَعْدُوا۟ فِـى ٱلسَّبْتِ

وَأَخَذْنَا مِنْـهُـم مِّيثَٟقٙا غَلِيظٙا .4:154١٥٤

•And We raised over them the At-Tur-towering height of Mount Sinai; [for visualizing how it happened-7:171]  obtaining their Covenant.
•And We had said for them: "Enter the door of the town in humility posture".
•And We had said for them: "You should not overstep-transgress in the injunction of Sabbat: The rest-no commercial activity."
•And We had taken from them a comprehensive pledge-covenant  [4:154]

فَبِمَا نَقْضِهِـم مِّيثَٟقَهُـمْ

وَكُفْرِهِـم بَـٔ​َايَـٟتِ ٱللَّهِ

وَقَتْلِـهِـمُ ٱلۡأَنۢبِيَآءَ بِغَيْـرِ حَقّٛ

وَقَوْلِـهِـمْ قُلُوبُنَا غُلْفُۢۚ

بَلْ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْـهَا بِكُـفْرِهِـمْ

فَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٙا .4:155١٥٥

•Thereby, subsequent to their deliberate breach of the solemn pledge-covenant of them;
•And their deliberate denial of the Aa'ya'at: unprecedented displays and verbal passages of Allah the Exalted;
•And for their continued effort in character assassination of  the Chosen and exalted Allegiants of Allah the Exalted by contrary to fact slanderous and libelous statements to distance-ill-repute them from people's reverence;
•And because of their saying: "Our hearts are wrapped with coverings".
•No, things have gone beyond this; the fact of the matter is that Allah the Exalted has impressed the epilogue-sealed the wraps upon the hearts-intellectual consciousness. This is for reason of their act and persistence in refusal to accept.
•Thereby, barring a few amongst Jews they do not accept/believe. [4:155]

وَبِكُـفْرِهِـمْ وَقَوْلِـهِـمْ عَلَـىٰ مَـرْيَـمَ بُـهْتَـٟنٙا عَظِيمٙا .4:156١٥٦

•And that eventuality is because of their persistent denial; and because of their statement alleging an extremely false accusation upon Maryam. [4:156]

وَقَوْلِـهِـمْ إِنَّا قَتَلْنَا ٱلْمَسِيحَ عِيسَى ٱبْنَ مَـرْيَـمَ رَسُولَ ٱللَّهِ

وَمَا قَتَلُوهُ وَمَا صَلَبُوهُ وَلَـٟكِن شُبِّهَ لَـهُـمْۚ

وَإِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱخْتَلَفُوا۟ فِيهِ لَفِـى شَكّٛ مِّنْهُۚ

مَا لَـهُـم بِهِۦ مِنْ عِلْمٛ إِلَّا ٱتِّبَاعَ ٱلظَّنِّۚ

وَمَا قَتَلُوهُ يَقِينَاۢ .4:157١٥٧

بَل رَّفَعَهُ ٱللَّهُ إِلَيْهِۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٙا حَكِيمٙا .4:158١٥٨

وَإِن مِّنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْـكِـتَٟبِ إِلَّا لَيُؤْمِنَنَّ بِهِۦ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِۦۖ

وَيَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٟمَةِ يَكُونُ عَلَيْـهِـمْ شَهِيدٙا .4:159١٥٩

•And because of their proclamation announcing for the public: "Be informed that we have undoubtedly killed Al-Maseiha, Easa the son of Maryam, the Messenger of Allah".
•Know the infallible fact, neither had they executed him nor crucified him [as the Christians allege the Jews by conjectural myths]. Nevertheless, a state of confusion did occur for them.
•And the fact about those who vehemently differed in the infallible statement is that they are just in skeptical mindset about it;
•Not at all an iota of evidence-based authentic knowledge for this opposition is available for them; but the reason is they purposely pursue conjecture-supposition.
•Take note, they-the Romans did not execute him, it is absolutely sure case. [4:157]
•On the contrary; Allah the Exalted had given him refuge at higher location for His cause. [see also 23:50].
•Know it; Allah the Exalted has eternally the absolute command-Dominance; and the Infinitely Just Supreme Administrator of the created realms. [4:158]
•Know it; there is not a single person of the people of the Book that before his personal death will but certainly believe in it.
•Know it; He: [Easa alai'his'slaam] will give testimony as witness upon them on the Day of Rising. [as recorded in 5:116-117] [4:159]

فَبِظُلْمٛ مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ هَادُوا۟

حَرَّمْنَا عَلَيْـهِـمْ طَيِّبَٟتٛ أُحِلَّتْ لَـهُـمْ

وَبِصَدِّهِـمْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ كَثِيـرٙا .4:160١٦٠

وَأَخْذِهِـمُ ٱلـرِّبَوٰا۟ وَقَدْ نُـهُوا۟ عَنْهُ

وَأَكْلِـهِـمْ أَمْوَٟلَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِٱلْبَٟطِلِۚ

وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْـكَـٟفِرِينَ مِنْـهُـمْ عَذَابٙا أَلِيمٙا .4:161١٦١

•And for reason of evil doings-transgressing-distorting by certain ones out of those who had become the Jews:
•We had prohibited for them some of the beneficial things which were earlier made permissible for them.
•And also for the reason that they had hindered many from the Path of Allah the Exalted. [4:160]
•And for the reason of their taking cumulative interest on capital while they were prohibited and directed to remain away from practicing it;
•And for consuming the property and wealth of people illicitly through deception-scamming.
•Take note; We have prepared for persistently denying people amongst them a humbling chastisement, one of humiliation. [4:161]

لَّـٟكِنِ ٱلرَّٟسِخُونَ فِـى ٱلْعِلْمِ مِنْـهُـمْ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ

يُؤْمِنُونَ بِمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيكَ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَۚ

وَٱلْمُقِيمِيـنَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَۚ

وَٱلْمُؤْتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ

وَٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلۡءَاخِـرِ

أُو۟لَـٟٓئِكَ سَنُؤْتِيـهِـمْ أَجْرٙا عَظِيمٙا .4:162١٦٢

•But as for the the people amongst them who have in-depth objective knowledge, and the believers:
•They willingly accept-believe in that (Grand Qur'aan) which has compositely been sent to you the Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]. And they believe in that which was compositely sent in times before you the Messenger [Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam].
•And they are steadfastly maintainers of the Institution of As-sa'laat: Time Bound Protocol of Servitude and allegiance;
•And they are willing payers of Az-zaka'at: financial liability for economic uplift of society;
•And they truly believe in Allah the Exalted and the Last Day.
•The aforementioned are the people whom We will keep rewarding abundantly and magnificently. [4:162]

إِنَّـآ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ كَمَآ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَـىٰ نُوحٛ وَٱلنَّبِىِّــۧنَ مِنۢ بَعْدِهِۦۚ

وَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَـىٰٓ إِبْرَٟهِيـمَ وَإِسْـمَٟعِيلَ وَإِسْحَٟقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَٱلۡأََسْبَاطِ

وَعِيسَىٰ وَأَيُّوبَ وَيُونُسَ وَهَٟرُونَ وَسُلَيْمَٟنَۚ

وَءَاتَيْنَا دَاوُۥدَ زَبُورٙا .4:163١٦٣

•We have verbally communicated to you the Messenger Muhammad [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] for making it public as We generally communicated to Noah; and the Elevated and Chosen Allegiants [علیھم السلام] after him;
•And as We generally communicated to Iebra'heim and Iesma'eile and Ies'hauq and Ya'qoob [علیھم السلام]; and to excessively numbered progeny;
•And to Easa and Ayub and Yunus and Haroon and Sulie'maa'n [علیھم السلام].
•And We gave to Da'ued [علیہ السلام] Zaboor: Book written on papers. [4:163]

وَرُسُلٙا قَدْ قَصَصْنَٟهُـمْ عَلَيْكَ مِن قَبْلُ وَرُسُلٙا لَّمْ نَقْصُصْهُـمْ عَلَيْكَۚ

وَكَلَّمَ ٱللَّهُ مُوسَـىٰ تَكْلِيمٙا .4:164١٦٤

رُّسُلٙا مُّبَشِّـرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ

لِىَٔلَّا يَكُونَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَـى ٱللَّهِ حُجَّـةُۢ  بَعْدَ ٱلرُّسُلِۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٙا حَكِيمٙا .4:165١٦٥

•And We sent them as Messengers aforetimes before you. We have already mentioned to you episodes of them; and were the Messengers about whose events We have not yet narrated to you.
•Know it; Allah the Exalted had spoken with Musa [alai'his'slaam] in the manner of conversation. [4:164]
•They were deputed as Messengers with responsibility-assignment as those who assure-pronounce-guarantee glad tidings and cause cautioning and awakening.
•The objective of appointing them as Messengers was that an argument-plea-self defense of ignorance is not left with the people to plead before Allah the Exalted after the Messengers.
•Know it; Allah the Exalted has eternally the absolute command-Dominance; All Wise-Knower of hidden-secreted. [4:165]

لَّـٟكِنِ ٱللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ بِمَآ أَنزَلَ إِلَيْكَۖ أَنزَلَهُۥ بِعِلْمِهِۦۖ

وَٱلْمَلَٟٓئِكَـةُ يَشْهَدُونَۚ

وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدٙا .4:166١٦٦

•But in respect of you Allah the Exalted stands in time and space as witness to testify what He has sent to you. He has sent it: Grand Qur'aan with His knowledge contained therein.
•And the Angels stand as witnesses to testify this fact.
•Take note; Allah the Exalted suffices to witness-observe. [4:166]

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَـرُوا۟ وَصَدُّوا۟ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ

قَدْ ضَلُّوا۟ ضَلَٟلَاۢ بَعِيدٙا .4:167١٦٧

•Those who deliberately and persistently refused to accept: Grand Qur'aan and they hindered-diverted people from the path of Allah the Exalted:
•Certainly they have perished-lost themselves to the far destructive end of neglectfulness. [4:167]

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَـرُوا۟ وَظَلَمُوا۟

لَمْ يَكُنِ ٱللَّهُ لِيَغْفِرَ لَـهُـمْ وَلَا لِيَـهْدِيَـهُـمْ طَرِيقٙا .4:168١٦٨

إِلَّا طَرِيقَ جَهَنَّـمَ خَٟلِدِينَ فِيـهَآ أَبَدٙاۚ

وَكَانَ ذَٟلِكَ عَلَـى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيـرٙا  .4:169١٦٩

•Indeed those who deliberately and persistently refused to accept: Grand Qur'aan, and they distorted-transgressed:
•Allah the Exalted will not consider it appropriate that He might forgive them nor that He might guide them on the path; [4:168]
•Except on the path leading to Hell-Prison. They will reside therein permanently and perpetually.
•And this has always been an easy matter to adjudge for Allah the Exalted. [4:169]

يَـٰٓأَيُّـهَا ٱلنَّاسُ

قَدْ جَآءَكُمُ ٱلرَّسُولُ بِٱلْحَقِّ مِن رَّبِّكُـمْ

فَـٔ​َامِنُوا۟ خَيْـراً لَّـكُـمْۚ

وَإِن تَكْفُرُوا۟

فَإِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا فِـى ٱلسَّمَٟوَٟتِ وَٱلأَرْضِۚ

وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلِيماً حَكِيماً .4:170١٧٠

•O you the Mankind, listen!
•The Universal Messenger has certainly come to you with infallible Information: Qur'aan from your Sustainer Lord:
•Therefore, you people accept and believe him and the conveyed information. This is the best course for you the humanity.
•However, should you people opt to refuse accepting the Messenger and the information conveyed:
•Thereat just know that whoever exists in the Skies and whoever exists in the Earth is exclusively the subject for Allah the Exalted.
•And Allah the Exalted is the All Knower and absolutely Wise-knower of invisible-secreted-infolded. [4:170]

يَٟٓأَهْلَ ٱلْـكِـتَٟبِ لَا تَغْلُوا۟ فِـى دِينِكُـمْ

وَلَا تَقُولُوا۟ عَلَـى ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا ٱلْحَقَّۚ

إِنَّمَا ٱلْمَسِيحُ عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَـرْيَـمَ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ

وَكَلِمَتُهُۥٓ أَ لْقَىٰـهَآ إِلَـىٰ مَـرْيَـمَ

وَرُوحٚ مِّنْهُۖ

فَـٔ​َامِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦۖ

وَلَا تَقُولُوا۟ ثَلَٟثَـةٌۚ

ٱنتَـهُوا۟ خَيْـرٙا لَّـكُـمْۚ

إِنَّمَا ٱللَّهُ إِلَـٟهٚ وَٟحِدٚۖ

سُبْحَٟنَهُۥٓ أَن يَكُونَ لَـهُۥ وَلَـدٚۘ

لَّهُۥ مَا فِـى ٱلسَّمَٟوَٟتِ وَمَا فِـى ٱلۡأَرْضِۗ

وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلٙا .4:171١٧١

•O you the people of the Book; listen! You should not corrupt your Code of Conduct-life;
•And you should not say anything attributing to Allah the Exalted except the proven fact: written in the Book of Allah or for which there is tangible evident proof from knowledge.
•The fact about Al-Maseiha Easa the son of Maryam is that he was only the Messenger of Allah the Exalted:
•Appointing him the Messenger was the Word-Promise of Allah the Exalted; the Word which He the Exalted had conveyed to Maryam [as earlier mentioned in 3:45-49]
•And he was the existential of a command originating from Him the Exalted.
•Therefore, you people believe in Allah and all the Messengers of Him the Exalted.
•And you people should not say advocating the concept: "Allah is one in the Trinity".
•You people are directed to stop-leave propagating this. If you abide: it will be far better for you.
•[as your earliest forefathers accepted and declared 2:133] Undoubtedly Allah the Exalted is characteristically such Lord Who maintains Aloneness.
•Infinitely Glorious is He that His recognition and approval is the focus of all effort. He the Exalted is above weakness that presence of a son might be a need for Him the Exalted.
•Whatever exists in the Skies and whatever exists in the Earth are subservient-dependant-subjects for Him the Exalted.
•And Allah the Exalted alone suffices as the Guardian-Protector-Disposer of Affairs. [4:171]

لَّن يَسْتَنكِفَ ٱلْمَسِيحُ أَن يَكُونَ عَبْدٙا لِّلَّهِ

وَلَا ٱلْمَلَٟٓئِكَـةُ ٱلْمُقَرَّبُونَۚ

وَمَن يَسْتَنكِفْ عَنْ عِبَادَتِهِۦ وَيَسْتَكْبِـرْ

فَسَيَحْشُـرُهُـمْ إِلَيهِ جَـمِيعٙا .4:172١٧٢

•Al-Maseiha: Easa would never have disdained that he were the allegiant subject exclusively for Allah the Exalted.
•And nor the Angels who are made the near-ones would ever disdain to be allegiant subjects exclusively for Allah the Exalted.
•Take note;  should someone consciously disdain-look down upon demonstrating the state of allegiance and servitude of Him the Exalted; and instead is puffed with self-pride of grandeur:
•Thereby, He the Exalted will gather such people altogether [duly chained] towards Him. [4:172]

فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٟلِحَـٟتِ فَيُوَفِّيـهِـمْ أُجُورَهُـمْ

وَيَزيدُهُـم مِّن فَضْلِهِۦۖ

وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتَنكَفُوا۟ وَٱسْتَكْـبَـرُوا۟ فَيُعَذِّبُـهُـمْ عَذَابٙا أَلِيمٙا

وَلَا يَجِدُونَ لَـهُـم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِيّٙا وَلَا نَصِيـرٙا .4:173١٧٣

•And regards those who heartily accepted-believed and conducted moderately in accordance with the Book, thereby, He the Exalted will pay them fully the reward of them.
•He will increase-enrich them manifold out of His bounty.
•And as for those who consciously disdained-looked down upon demonstrating the state of allegiance and servitude of Him the Exalted; and they instead puffed with self-pride of superiority and grandeur: Thereby, He the Exalted will punish them with severe infliction.
•Thereat, they will not find for them other than Allah the Exalted to act as a patron-guardian nor as provider of help. [4:173]

يَـٰٓأَيُّـهَا ٱلنَّاسُ

قَدْ جَآءَكُم بُرْهَٟنٚ مِّن رَّبِّكُـمْ

وَأَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكُـمْ نُورٙا مُّبِينٙا .4:174١٧٤

•O you the Mankind, listen!
•Primary Source of information, irrefutably manifest in timeline has certainly just reached to you from your Sustainer Lord.
•And Our Majesty has compositely sent to you people manifestly illuminator Visible Light (Qur'aan) the guarantor and sustainer of life. [4:174]

فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱعْتَصَمُوا۟ بِهِۦ

فَسَيُدْخِلُـهُـمْ فِـى رَحْـمَةٛ مِّنْهُ وَفَضْلٛ

وَيَـهْدِيـهِـمْ إِلَيْهِ صِـرَٟطٙا مُّسْتَقِيمٙا .4:175١٧٥

•Thereby, as for those who believed in Allah the Exalted; and they diligently and sincerely resorted to Allah the Exalted—diligently remained firmly bound with it: Qur'aan:
• Consequently, He the Exalted will soon enter them under the umbrella of His mercy and bounty-abundance.
•And He the Exalted will guide them [with Grand Qur'aan] towards Him upon the High Road: Course that keeps heading safely and straight to the destination of peace and tranquility. [4:175]

يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُـمْ فِـى ٱلْـكَلَٟلَةِۚ

إِنِ ٱمْـرُؤٌا۟ هَلَكَ لَيْسَ لَـهُۥ وَلَـدٚ

وَلَهُۥٓ أُخْتٚ فَلَـهَا نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَۚ

وَهُوَ يَرِثُـهَآ إِن لَّمْ يَكُنْ لَّـهَآ وَلَـدٚۚ

فَإِن كَانَتَا ٱثْنَتَيْـنِ فَلَهُمَا ٱلثُّلُثَانِ مِمَّا تَرَكَۚ

وَإِن كَانُوٓا۟ إِخْوَةٙ رِّجَالٙا وَنِسَآءٙ فَلِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيْـنِۗ

يُبَيِّـنُ ٱللَّهُ لَـكُـمْ أَن تَضِلُّوا۟ۖ

وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَـىْءٛ عَلِيـمُۢ .4:176١٧٦

•And he becomes her Heir [his sister ] if a son was not her progeny.
•However, if there were two surviving Sisters, thereat, two-thirds of that which he the deceased has left shall be allocated to them. 
•And if they were siblings, comprising men and women, thereat, the two-thirds allocation shall be subdivided on the principle that equivalent of the amount accruing to the surviving two females shall be the sum allocated for the male.
•Allah the Exalted explicitly explicates for you people so that you might not wander.
